oh ok, its like that novaking. First of all any gun can have malfunctions. That is why there are gunsmiths and actually gun parts. I have been duck hunting for 15yrs, and have a masters degree from college. I think im educated enough to know how to work a pump gun. Like i said all guns have parts ie. parts can break or wear. Sure if you store your gun in the closet and dont use it, it always works! I replaced the firing pin which was hammered flat and should fix the problem.
This guy as a degree from College too.
So whats your point. My point is, you come on this forum, talk trash about guns people on this forum love, and think your hot s &^%.
Yes guns do break. And this forum is here to help people fix thoughs problems. But calling a gun a POS when when you know nothing about it (or you would have fixed it). Sounds like your problem is elseware.

I've used my O/U for turkey before with the same consept. I used exfull in the top and full in the bottom. The problem is the condor doesn't have barrel select.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced the trigger on their Supernova getting stuck in the rearward position. It can be brought back with moderate finger pressure. It has now happened twice in about 200 rounds.
Have you taken the gun apart and cleaned it? There has been about 3 other people that just posted about the same topic. Before that. I haven't heard of this problem.

I have 3 nova's and have had zero problems with any of them. 3 of my buddys have nova's and have had zero problems with them. There are many benelli owners on this forum that have had zero problems with them. Maybe your nova isn't the problem.

Exactly, the regular nova and the super nova will both shoot 3.5" shells in 12 ga. The nova is available in 20 ga which has a 3" chamber.
I love my 20 gauge nova. One of the best guns in the cabinet.

Hi All,
Getting ready to purchase a Super Nova 12 gauge but noticed that the Nova is about $100.00 cheaper. It appears that one is paying the extra $100.00 mostly for the recoil suppression characteristics.
If this is true or mostly true, is the recoil suppression that good or might it be better to p[urchase the Nova and get a "Limbsaver or Kick-eez" recoil pad.

Depends what your gonna do with it? If your a hunter and would like to use 3.5 inch loads get the supernova because the nova will only accept up to 3 inch shells. Its 80 difference in my area so I would get the supernova.Just my 2 cents
wrong!!! The nova will handle 3 1/2 shell.

The paint you speak of is a film. Like of like window tint. I beleve you said you saw this happening when you first got the gun? It sounds like a surface prep problem. I would call and talk to someone else.

the nova is clark kent.. but the SUPERnova.. well you know the story..
my good buddies have stoegers and they havent had any problems out of em. if you get a supernova.. the comfortech is the way to go. you would be supprised at the difference. but the stoeger is a great gun but i have to be bias because i have a supernova. so ima say supernova. but its all about the MONAYYY. if you have it to spend on a supernova.. spend it. if you dont.. stoeger is a NICE gun!
Supernova is a "male" extention over the nova. If you really need it, by all means.....
