Its probably the .22, if you could upgrade the rifle to a .308 or a .300 win mag you could probably convince some of the tacticool guys it was a training exercise and then it would be a party...

If any researched facts were presented on this thread, it might be worth a discussion. All I am seeing is 3rd grade name calling and I for one, am older than that.
You better do some research on this. This thread is PG-13 by far and we all know your smarter than a 5th grader.

Nova's are a 1 piece stock. Always have been.

Both are good. Both are pretty much the same. Both are owned by me. Ones cheaper. Ones not.
I would buy the nova and spend the extra on chokes and such.
P.S. +1 on the camo. Not worth the money.

Thanks, I'm surprised that this type of information is not more readily available. The shot patterns of the chokes have to be tested and retested by Benelli, why wouldn't they make that information public?
The choke, gun, and ammo is what makes up the pattern. One gun with one choke with one kind of ammo will pattern better than another. That's why it's not public info. If you really want to know how your gun patterns, you will have to hit the patterning board and see for yourself.
Hog explained it perfect but the only way to get your true pattern is to find out for yourself.

Any reason why you want a soft case. Plano makes a double rifle hard case for like 20 bucks. I think you will have to go that route anyways.

The simple answer is it doesn't work for doubles. In my experience it doesn't work with singles all that well either. Now that may be because I don't have it adjusted properly, but I put one on my Smith and Wesson auto and it will throw hulls right through the catcher...
How to you like your Smith n Wesson?

What kind of groups are you looking for at 600 yards? I bet you can get maybe 1 MOA at 100 yards MAYBE!!.
