the full choke is to constricted for steel. Steel shot is harder than lead so it may blow the choke out of the barrel. Modified is fine for most game. If you want a full choke that shoots steel they are many aftermarket choke available.

Doesn't just about every manufacture have a ''junk" company? I think all about market. Some people can't afford ''high end'' shotguns or they don't use there shotguns as much as others. So stoeger answers that. Weather they do it right or not, is another story. Just my 2 cents

The M2 has Crio chokes, not the same as the old Beretta/Benelli mobol choke system.
