Well imo the sbe2 and m2 are the same exact gun except one takes 3.5 and the other dont also one has a bigger back flared ejection port for the 3.5 otherwise the guns are identical

putty a dummy round in the mag tube pump it and if it works dont worry about it i have two snova's just to lazy to open the safe to see if mine moves while no shell in it

your are def gonna have to break it in! with some heavy duty shot before you can go cycle garbage through your gun. i had the same fte and what not with mine i put 350 rounds mag 00 buck and about 150 slugs then some high brass bird shot now it cycles anything like a champ with no problems also yes run it well lube it well!

i lightly oil the metal on metal spots that i can get to in the trigger group

carbon fiber is stronger then synthetic but it takes more care to take care of carbon fiber; my old hood on my vette was carbon fiber and i was lazy for two years then i seen sun spots all over it and the gel coat rotted and i tried to wax it like an idiot and it just destroyed a 1200.00 hood

does it have the cheek riser i see you didnt post it but just asking also does it have the slots for cheek riser if you dont have a cheek riser?
