1. Never said I was not happy. Especially now that the fix I did solved the problem. But rather than argue about 'why would'... why not tell me 'why not' a free-wheeler? How does it negate anything? It just seems logical that it easily flows with the slight rotation of your finger. Never tried one so I cannot compare. Just asking.. Again, I'll be keeping the FFT now... I'm content...
2. OK, so here is what I did on mine. With a fine emery barrel on my Dremel set real slow, I did the shoulder all so lightly a little at a time. It seemed to work better when I was done but only sometimes. After very close inspection, I found that one of the 3 detents where off a bit. So everytime I turned the charging handle to that spot, it easily popped out. I then took the Dremel and made it even with the other 2.... Seems to be fine now. I cannot yank it out without turning it where before if I charged the gun and my finger just twisted it slightly, it would pop out. My question is, why is there not a free wheeling knob on there like GG&G? Seems like a good idea to relieve this problem. I might just get one of theirs and be done with it if there is any more probs..
3. Got the same prob... thought it was me... thanks for that link. Time to file....
4. It's the tension. I tried it on another light and it must put too much pressure on the cap. You could loosen it up a tad and possibly keep the tension enough. I had to experiment with my Streamlight Polytac... But got it..
5. Is there enough room on the tailcap.... just to keep the tailcap under the mount so you just unscrew the whole light? I tried that with one. Forget which I did it though when experimenting.... just a thought..
6. New link... old one seems broke... http://www.atigunstocks.com/benelli-m4-raven-stock
7. Too late.... you beat me to that.... Have a nice day and smile....
8. A clue? You have serious issues. Why the vulgarity and attitude? Did I curse at you? Quit being a bleep? Have I ever been? I've always been cordial with people and tried to help... So calm down son... You need to breath... Their main purpose is a breaching device. There are various chokes for everything else. It's not meant to be a compensator either although may work sorta like one. If you don't want criticism, don't tell us about dumb things you do with your toys... BHunted - OUT!
9. Egadz! They have a purpose and they are not to take out Zombies or eyeballs.. sheesh... I take it you only want it for looks....
10. +1 I've done everything to date to keep my M4 a tool free shotty. I'm also not a fan of having to weld something on it either.

14. I have them on mine and they are not over bearing as far as bright. They are just right for my tired old eyes. BTW, there is enough light in my house at all times to see the target. The Mepros help my eyes find it faster because when everything is black on the gun, it's a little more difficult to see if your eyes are not that good anymore. As for the flashlight, yes, I have that on there too just in case. But if I can identify the target without a light, I'd rather do that. So different opinions and scenarios for different people.
15. Seems to me the slipping issue has various and very easy fixes without manufacturing new items. But in any event, I'll throw another cheap idea that works. Story, when I was at my shop, I watched a guy install new sights on an HK. HK supplies this little punch that looks like a punch totally engulfed in a hard rubber plastic. This gave me an idea because I install all my own sights. I decided to go to Home Depot and utilize the same idea HK did. I started dipping my punche's ends in rubber dip which can be had for about 4 bux a can which lasts forever. It is usually used for dipping tool handles either to insulate them or just for keeping them non-slip, (being the key word of the moment)... I had to do multiple dips. (Dip, let dry, dip, let dry, etc)... I created an average size punch that would not mark the sights or the gun. OK, so along this thought process. Get some of this stuff. Comes in different colors, but most common is black. Take a Q-Tip, dip it in and quickly add a thin layer inside the AVA mount. Viola. Solved Problem! Hope this helps...
16. Ahhh, I had it too long. Prob just retire it or something.
17. Bibidy bibidy bump! No sitting on your rump!
18. BLAM4 mount for my M4... I mounted it and haven't shot with it. Minor blems in area that touches mag on inside and not visible but touched up with blackout. Otherwise looks like new... http://www.brownells.com/shooting-accessories/flashlights-accessories/flashlight-mounts/benelli-blam-light-mounts-prod44716.aspx I purchased the BLAM from Brownells (retail $55), which cost my about $61 with shipping. If anyone wants it, I'll send it to them via USPS (Continental 48 states only), with postage for $45 .... Prefer PP as gift. PM me if interested. Note: Posted elsewhere and retain right to remove from list as per anyone calling first dibs. 1st PM gets is and I will show it SPF. 2nd and 3rd base will be kept next...

20. Welcome aboard..... nice rigs...
21. Thanks... Now I just need the QD sling adapters for my sling which is just thread threw style. Like a dummass, just placed a decent order for stuff through MidwayUSA and forgot to get them. I hate ordering little things just to pay a lot of shipping. Either that, I'l just get another sling like the Magpul Convertible.
22. Got a chance today to put on the Noveske QDs today. Put one on both sides....
23. Hmm, didn't know he died. Any who got a call finally from the manager. She admitted probs with the new web site. She wanted to credit my account because the item was backordered. I mentioned to her many mistakes and the site needs a re-write. Things wrong with it, (she's passing info back to the management): - Site charges immediately. Normally not a prob if item is in stock. - No status updates. - No hours of operation. - No email contact imfo. - They had no way to credit my card without me giving them my cc number and exp date all over again. Shouldn't need it. Can be done directly through merchant account transaction screen. - No functional phone system on site. System was fubar all day. Put you in a constant loop of hold patterns. - Lengthy time frame from day email sent. etc., etc. I've ran and programmed my own online stores over the years and their new site sux. I think the guy doing theirs is the same one Obamacrap used. Barely functional. A site barely functional should not have been rolled out. Their old one was better. Lmao... Oh well. Got what I needed ordered from Midway. PS, nice rigs BW....
