  1. This is an outstanding thread SD. Thanks for all your time and photography to educate all of us ! VERY NICE !!!
  2. Hi Socom guy... noticed your posting on FL tubes. Do you still have any available ?
  3. You will LOVE this gun ! I have a buddy of mine that owns and shoots nothing but his FN's in competition. He has always said he did not understand the fascination of the Benelli M4. After shooting mine he said... "I get it now" !!! The M4 is an outstanding gun and you will have one of the best shotgun platforms manufactured today. Dump a bunch of Rem oil all over the receiver, bolt, etc... and shoot 50 rounds through it. Clean her up and use a light oil after that and you will never have a bit of trouble with it. I have run everything imaginable through mine and NEVER had a FTE. Good luck to you and enjoy !
  4. Wow... not only was I able o find the dummy shells, but they have already shipped and scheduled to be to me in two days !. Thanks Type A for the lead. If anyone else is needing these, they had like 6 remaining !
  5. Has anyone out there beveled your own M4 receiver ? Also trying to get an idea of how difficult it is to drill and tap a Benelli bolt release for an oversized pad / button ? I have a floor drill press, but am not certain on the difficulty involved on this one ? Thanks in advance for your input !
  6. I use a full length Nordic Comp spring and trimmed it back to about 18" past the barrel. Never had a FTE or a failure to load properly.
  7. Thanks Type A. I have been looking EVERYWHERE for these exact dummies !
  8. Thanks for the help gents. I'm on the Brownell's alert list now. Hopefully it won't be "forever" before they see them again ! Brian
  9. As a point of reference... there are 2 of the standard M4 stocks available on the Benelli USA website under parts, stocks, M4
  10. Thanks RoadDad ! I got rid of my reloading equiptment a few years ago and am kicking myself now ! Hopefully I can find someone who can load me up some old shells with old primers and no powder. Like you I'm not big on the snap cap thing as they are not weighted correctly.
  11. I have a new M4 which came with a pistol grip stock and would like to replace it with a standard synthetic stock. Thanks
  12. Good evening ! I am new to the Benelli Forum so you'll need to bear with me here ! I have recently purchased a new M4 and am trying to find some dummy loads for practicing quick loading and loading on the run. I know that Remington and Fiocchi both make dummy loads, but they are impossible to find. Does anyone have any suggestons on where these could be available or a contact for someone that could simply load me some dummy shells with their reloading quiptment ? Thanks for any help y'all can give me !
