Or... all the bolt handles are destined for the secret military units that fight demons, space aliens and evil AI cyborgs in the flat hollow Earth under project Featherweight. You know you want to see a hulked out Marine in nogs rocking the Benelli M4 crush the wind pipe of a demon with the M4 muzzle pressed against their forehead while the glint of their red eyes shine on the black/blue hue of the heat treated carriercomp bolt knobs. Then mag dumping buckshot center mass loaded with neodymium magnets into a Terminator robot.

Or... maybe they just sold off the equipment and the return wasn't worth what was invested. Personally I like the new TTI stainless handle better since it doesn't have knurling. I was tearing up my hand on the knurling when going a little too fast with the CC unit.

There were a lot of cool things in development with carriercomp that never went anywhere. Such as the M4 bayonet with a SOG blade.

I got the cheap one from Arms Unlimited.  It is almost identical to the Stock one, but made of all steel, hence a little heavier.

Just to let everyone know, Antonie is a shady person. I called and left a message regarding missing out on his latest preorder for M4 stocks and asking if he could let me know if anyone backs out and I will buy their stocks and any difference. I am military and have been needing one for a long while for my personal M4 but always seem to somehow miss the preorder window. He never returned the email, so I called and left a message, also no response. So I placed an order for 7 rnd mag tube and spring   a couple days later and said if he expects any to back out of their orders, to just hold my order until he receives some stocks. My parts get sent out a couple days later with no response to my comments. So at this point there's been 0 communication on all forms. A couple weeks later I see he says he got some stocks in on his site and is waiting for more for preorder customers. Then I find a bunch on gunbroker being sold through seller DELMASFINA for $799. I look at his history and see multiple M4 stocks being sold and hes located in CA.....so I started getting curious at this point. I buy the listing and make the payment and asked if he did any discounts for military, no response. I receive a message from him a couple days later with a USPS tracking # which came up with no info. 2 days pass and I get another email from a random 3rd party shipping site saying I have a package coming from Rancho Cucamonga CA. Giving the stock is the only thing coming to me from CA, I looked at the tracking and it is completely different than what DELMASFINA had sent me, so I have no idea what it is. I then look at the email headers HTML code and check to see who the email was attached to......well it is from [email protected]. Why the hell do I have something coming from him when I've already received my parts from him? So I call him and leave a message (as ive never got a hold of him before) saying the situation and asking what he sent me to make sure it wasnt an accident. About 30 minutes go by and he calls back and I ask him if he sells his stocks on gunbroker and he said not recently, so I inform him that its supposed to be delivered today and he tells me he may have sent something to me on accident. Package arrives and on the label its from DELMASFINA and inside is my M4 stock! OOOOK...so I know now whats going on at this point. I called Antonie back and asked him whats the deal here and he begins to stutter and back track and say that its his business partner whos selling the stocks but that hes no longer answering my questions and that I will have to talk to him (which I tried calling before and his phone was turned off and he never responded to any emails). I asked Antonie to just let him know to call me or email me as he has my info and Antonie said fine. I emailed one last time to DELMASFINA through gunbroker laying out the issue at hand. That Antonie is purposely withholding stock inventory to avoid selling at advertised price to give to his business partner to sell at gouging prices so that Antonie isnt directly responsible and cant be called out on it. They didnt expect the email or anyone to see the email header and where it came from. I was very reasonable and simply asked them to refund me the difference between what I paid and what they were selling the stocks for on their website (which already was inflated for profit). I got an immediate email back from DELMASFINA saying return it for a full refund. I said I know this is America where capitalism reigns and that while what theyre doing is legal, its shady and taking advantage of people and that the customers also have a right to let this out. Antonie is sitting on a bunch of stocks and will not sell them for his advertised pricing, and instead gives them to his business partner to sell for gouging prices for him so that he avoids any direct backlash, and theyre doing this behind the curtains. Ill never buy from either of them ever and will make sure to inform all my customers of these issues like I do with cheaper than dirt or any other company gouging prices.

Big Daddy Unlimited.  99 cents for the first month then $10 a month after.  The money you will save on the SRO will cover 7 months.

Interesting...   Can you lookup the SRO and tell me what price they have on it now?

  4. I am thinking about getting an SRO for the Sync rail.

I have astigmatism and was thinking about getting the smallest dot possible, since they look big to me anyhow ?

Any of you guys with Red Dots and astigmatism?  How did you cope?

  5. I bought the RM06 to mount on my M4.   Decided to go with an SRO instead.

This is not a clone, never used, never mounted, just fondled a few times...   in box with everything it came with.

I believe I have 2 of the mounting seals for it.  I think I can lay my hands on them but am not sure, pretty sure though.  I will include them as well.

    Price:  $300 Shipped CONUS

Hey Les. where ya been man?? Iv'e never had a malfunction from having one left on the elevator and then racking the bolt to chamber however, if I push the shell on it and the bolt is too far to the rear, when I close the bolt, it activates the elevator and chambers the round. I found that there is a sweet spot when dropping one on the elevator so the bolt won't activate it and chamber it.

What kinda malfunction are you talking about?

    I'm kinda in and out...

Haven't had one(malfunction that is).  Noticed that sweet spot as well.  Was thinking about my M4 as an Anti Grizzly Bear gun and was wondering about reliability if I Ghost loaded?

  7. There was something done in the 2000's that made all these things degradable.  I had 20 pairs of echo shoes do it.  They replaced them and the replacements did it.

All the Microsoft mice and keyboards from that time had a soft plastic coating.  All degraded.

I have 8 JBL LSR 4328 Studio monitors and the 4312 subwoofer that had this rubberrized coating on them and they turned to goo.  My 2002 Landcruiser armrests just starting breaking down.  Really is ticking me off.

It turns into an absolute mess.  The Navy's Bates shoes soles all do it.  You can find a ton of pix showing high ranking guys at Navy ceremonies in socks.  They don't wear those white shoes that much, few times really in their careers.  They put them on for a ceremony and they chunk apart having only been worn a few times.

First I heard of buttpads doing it, but it don't surprise me.  May be done in an attempt to make them bio degradable...

    Clacker -

Nice work!  Overcoming the fear of trimming the spring is the first obstacle!  I forgot to recommend using the unaltered/finished end of the spring to push he follower.  It does help to keep the follower straight with equal pressure as opposed to skewing as you mentioned.   It also prevents the altered end of the spring from scratching the inside of the tube when removing the spring.

    Fear is the mind killer...

I guess there are limits somewhere in regards to length.  I have a M4 LE as well, mine was the same way when I got it.  Would not load seven, and I think the initial feeling is disappointment that your new shiny badazz LE Benelli won't do it's capacity.  Mine is ok with just goofing with the keeper by leaving it loose.  Last round is a bit of a push.

Here's how I would handle it if a new shell wouldn't load 7.  Just load 6, put in number 7.  Push it in and get a feeling for how many more centimeters of space you need and clip off like twice that off the spring.

Okay, so maybe I'm doing something wrong here..

I just installed the 7 round OEM tube and installed a CarrierComp Wolf spring and a CC follower. Even within the spring cap about half an inch out of the tube I STILL CAN'T get seven rounds of Federal LE 9 pellet Buckshot in there.

I'm going to take the spring and follower out to make sure it's properly seated, but I was wondering if any of you have another suggestion other than changing my choice of ammo. I just bought a case of it, so it will be feeding these shells for a while.

When you shoot, keep one round tucked behind your right ear, kinda James Dean style...

  10. I don't understand witch hunts

We know who the witches are

You don't really have to hunt for them really

But when found, they need to be dispatched with decisively, otherwise they continue to haunt you

Haaha!  Cool, I had fun writing it!  My wife read it over my shoulder and busted a gut laughing...especially after I added the movie still to it. ???

We've had our share of close encounters with bears though.....and I do bring the M4 with me when we venture out. Most of the time the bears want nothing to do with us and just trot off into the woods when we meet. Had one get real close to me while I was in my "zone" fishing one time...another fisherman across the bank waves at me and pointed. I turned around and had a griz sitting about 30ft from me. He was probably waiting for me to land a salmon and then steel it from me. This happens often.?

I got mine for two reasons.  Bears and roving Hoards of Democrats.

I'm getting older and sicker, so my chances of a bear encounter are getting less and less each day.

However...  My chances of encountering roving hoards of Democrats seems to be increasing more and more  each day, so I got that going for me...

  12. I started reading reviews on Shotguns.  I wasn't looking at Auto Loaders at first.   But the more I read, the more I kinda wanted an auto if it was reliable enough.

Most of the reviews compared everything to Benelli M4 reliability.  It took me some time to suck up the buy once cry once deal of getting a Benelli M4.

Why buy something "almost" as good as a Benelli?

p.s.   the bear attack story sucked me in like a MOFO...

Not to boss hog in on the OP’s thread but I’d like to buy a Sync mount for the Ainpoint Micro T-1 etc.

I’m assuming Scalarworks discontinued them.  I can’t seem to find one.

The more the merrier my friend!   Jump in, the water's Lukewarm though...
