  1. Yup! She called me about a week ago for payment.
It's delayed a bit because she broke her leg last weekend and needed a few days to get sorted. Spoke with her earlier this week though and she is getting around just fine, thankfully.
The tubes were getting media blasted then coated, so she expects to start shipping close to the end of this week.

    Brilley fore end.

Just think of the possibilities with all that rail space

Haha, well I'd like to avoid adding too much weight to it. I was already back and forth on the scout light.

I wouldn't modify the light mount. Honestly you should have bought a simple clamp if you weren't intending on using the QD mounts.

Didn't know that existed. Is there one that's as low-profile as the IWC?

  4. So I know this is insane, but I don’t want to use the QD attachment on the IWC light mount. I’m really happy with the sling attachment that came with the M4 and I’m considering chopping off the QD extensions so it will be lower profile.

    Thoughts?

  5. This is probably a loaded question, but I'm wondering what else I can/should do to my M4?

So far I've put the c-stock on, RMR06, IWC rear QD, CC Wolff spring + follower, FFT trigger pack & Wolff springs, A&S trigger housing, Briley charging handle, an IC Benelli choke, and a sling.
On the way is an IWC front light mount , an M600DF, and a CC DG titanium seven round tube,

    Plans: stipple the foregrip
(maybe) embed a tapeswitch in the foregrip. Haven't determined which side I'm going to run the light.

I was thinking about mechanical improvements, but I wouldn't know where to begin. Appreciate your thoughts!

It would be a handy feature if the single extra shell was essential. I understand that sometimes it can be. It's not for me though. I like the KISS keep it simple stupid style. I already have a light on my M4 handguard and don't want extra hardware or snag points.  A Velcro side saddle on the receiver would make more sense to me if you want to carry extra rounds.

I had a velcro saddle on but it was a bit too much. That's a good point though. I'm not in a hurry to hang more things off of my gun. I have a spare set of handguards coming so I might just try it out on those. If it works, great. But if not, it will be an easy fix.
