Definitely didn't use his hard earned money to buy that one. At least I hope not. I always cringe when these yt ers abuse or destroy a gun or knife. Kinda like kids do abusing your stuff and then when they buy there own they take care of it. LOL

Thanks. I think I will just leave the OEM's. Now I can just hit my light if needed and front lights up. The OEM is brighter if charged than mepros. Got to quit spending on this already expensive tool at sometime. I did get the large 3x oem shaped charging handle that botach sells by KZ for $30. I like it.

It has scout mounts on both sides too, along with the QD's. I bought the one with a piece of pic rail. You could easily put a pic rail on both sides. Really made nice.

bambihunter, I sent them back yesterday for a refund. Actually the viles are super small and do not look very bright. Keep an eye out on Botach site. They seem to put that older model on sale occasionally when they get stock. And should have a set in a few days.

Yeah. LOL Had a pretty cool one with a loop from Mesa. But i really like the IWC. I did place the remote switch from the Streamlight HX L on with double sticky. It's in a nice position. Just see how it holds up.

I just installed the IWC. It doesn't say anything in directions that I saw, but totally remove snap ring, Correct??

Thanks JT. I have sent an email to customer service. Hope they take them back. They are hard to communicate with. These work, but are really small and do not fit.

Bought the M!S90 meprolights on botach. Thought they would fit M4. They don't. Anybody need a set for an M1 or M3? They are ML-34301.

Thanks. That looks nice. The Streamlight can use both CR123 and Rechargeable. It has a plastic sleeve that I left in with CR123's. I may put on a rifle and use SF on Shotgun. I was hoping someone had run one for a while to see if it would hold up. I may stick it on for range time for a while to see what happens.

Found that out the hard way on 1301. Had SF M300 in perfect position until I shot it. OUCH. So you just machine that bezel down? And that will take away the nail remover? Have you ever tried the streamlight HLx? I have one but have never used it. It has a nice remote switch with a temp/constant on.

I have a Streamlight HLx with a pressure switch I am going to try once my IWC shows up. Anybody tried one?

Anybody got any heads ups on swapping out meprolight inserts with factory sights on M4. Got some coming and always like to see if there are anything tricky or special tools needed/suggested. Thanks, Russ

Hey Alpha 33. Got some info about the stock. I am currently waiting on a replacement from Mesa. Supposed to be sending one(balck). I bought the green one from Botach. It will not fit flush against the receiver. It is hitting in the cup and will not go all the way down. Not hitting at trigger guard or anywhere else. They do still show the kit in stock at botach, but think maybe something is a little off on the green. They said at Mesa that they haven't made the green ones for a while, but should still be same size. I finally proved to them that it wasn't a fitment issue, but stock issue. I really like the way it looks but have black furniture with field stock on it now.

Those 3.5" turkey loads seem to work the action pretty well. After you regain your vision and composure. Usually don't need a second shot. Or want to take another punch in the arm. LOL

I had a Vortex Venom sitting around and I put it on the M4. Works quite well with the factory mount. Easy to put on and off. I like the ghost rings so I don't leave it on the gun. If I was going to leave one on, I would go with the RMR. Just for peace of mind. I use a lot of different red dots. But stick with trijicon and aimpoint on ones that are not just for the range.

I'm going to call them tomorrow. It is a green one. I can see the steel washer up inside. Maybe the color ones are off spec. Also came with forends that are nice fit. Looking at some videos where the pad end was shown, looked made different than mine. Mine is solid plastic on back where bolt and washer go. Looked like the ones I saw the bolt in washer was inside cylinder.

I tried it with bare stock and it bottoms out on recoil sling tube before it touches reciever. That sling plate actually is loose in the gap. Unless thats a perfect length it looks like it would have a gap at receiver or a gap in stock where screw is pushing stock forward onto tube.

JT can you send a pic of that KZ oversized charging handle in the gun? I think I might get one. Got a GG&G right now.

No interference. I took the housing out and it will not fit flush.
