Rezarf
I would like to add a big head/mushroom top style safety to my Benelli M1. I only know of Dave's metal works. Are there any other options before I dive in? Thanks in advance- Drew
OhioM4
I don't have one but the GG&G model pops up quite frequently and it would be worth searching the existing threads for info. http://www.gggaz.com/index.php?id=83&parents=60,

Rezarf
http://www.tacticalshotgunner.com/dmw-oversized-safety-for-benelli-autoloader-p-219.html Thanks, that is the Dave's metal works one as well. I appreciate it though. Anyone else? This may be my only option. Drew
c rum
To my knowledge the ones available are the DMW and the factory safety with triangle paddles on each side. Good luck.

Yeah, thats what I figured. Hoping for one more option, but Dave's might be the only show in town.
AggiePhil
The DMW safety is fantastic. I don't believe there is a need for another Benelli oversized safety because the DMW is doing it just fine.
StrangerDanger
Ordered one of these myself this past weekend. Looks fairly straight forward to install. Drive out the pin, try not to loose the spring and detent that holds the existing safety in place. Remove the old safety. Reverse for install. Rob72
My post # 66 http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=24972 I like the Vangs. It does require some detailing, but is well worth the effort. if your finger is inside the trigger guard, the safety is Off.

Hard to tell from those two photos but it looks exactly like the DMW oversized safety.
