  1. I still prefer the OG C-Stock, M1014. Call me old school...

  2. Just picked this up the other day (layaway is my friend). This is catalog #11732, and was purchased under Benelli's "Qualified Professionals" program. I was a little surprised to see that this came fully assembled (except for the charging handle), since other Benellis I've seen come with at least the barrel packed separately in the box. The box itself was a plain cardboard box instead of the familiar red and white Benelli colors. Paperwork inside the box said "M4 SUPER 90 XM1014" and listed two serial numbers - the one on the gun itself (Y236xxxx) and another one (TM152xxxx). Anyone know what the second number is supposed to represent? http://

  3. Me too, but I gotta admit being able to simply push a button and push/pull to adjust versus having to twist would be nice.

  4. This is my favorite, mostly a bare weapon with minimal added bells and whistles. Such as an oversize charging handle and magazine release, heat shield, seven round mag tube and all related 922r compliant parts. I believe the simplicity of this weapon is the essence of what a shotgun was meant to be. alpha33 out……….

  6. I use 1/2 synthetic 10-30 motor oil and 1/2 transmission fluid which makes 1/2 gallon, enough for my lifetime. Those are made to lube parts that run far hotter and faster than my BENELLI M4 ever will. IMO those tiny bottles of "gun oil" are WAY overpriced. YMMV

  7. SBS, no question. Plus if you have a factory 18.5 and a 2-shot extension, you have more options.
