  1. Hey all, Excited to announce this project, which I've been developing since Fall of 2022. Specifically designed to be fully compatible with the OEM Polymer 2pc Benelli M4 Handguard (Benelli 70117, and Benelli 70116). This brand new concept revolutionizes the way the Benelli M4/M1014 handles. It gives the user multiple options for accessory attachments, protecting hands from barrel heat, all while retaining the superior and unmatched ergonomics of the original Polymer 2pc Benelli M4 Handguard. Machined from billet 6061-T6 and mil spec hard coat annodized. Once installed, this Heat Shield offers fast, and tool-less takedown of the Benelli M4/M1014. Fully compliant with ARDEC Solicitation DAAE-30-98R-0401. It is not any slower to take down the weapon than if you didn't have the heat shield on at all. The design requires an Rx Arms Optic Mount to function (as the receiver optic mount has a boss hole which accepts the heatshield). Initially will be offering a mil spec picatinny rail, and RMR rail. To follow will be the aimpoint T2, and P2 rails in early 2024 it is looking like. All optics will co witness from close range to long range. If you are interested, you can sign up on the waitlist at rxarms.com. It is looking like Q4 2023 for availability. If you have any questions I'd be happy to answer anything I can.

  2. Wish I could lower it, but it’s an expensive piece to machine, it isn’t just an extrusion like other handguards, it’s machined from billet inside and out. It’s 16” long, and has some precision machining on it which is costly. as for the optic cost, new M4 owners won’t feel the cost as much as older M4 owners as they haven’t upgraded anything yet. Picatinny is the cheapest way to upgrade. I might adjust the pricing before offering it for sale, trying to make it as cheap as I can.

  4. Lol! They are not the same. I have a Cerekote model already and can compare. Believe me, I am thrilled to pick this up and I got the Trijicon as well so it doesn't need to be removed. As an added benefit, I made a new friend as well!

  5. Real-Deal-NP3-H2O!! Whatever the price was to buy..worth every penny!! I was shooting shotguns recently with a bunch of guys, one guy has a newer H2O Cerakote model and he was making a point to tell everyone that the place he purchased it new told him the Cerakote-titanium-finish is just as good & durable as NP3!!😳 🤭 When we asked him where he purchased it??..SHOCKER!!.. he said Cabela’s. None of us had the heart to tell him the difference.

  6. I am about to post my rare 11711 Benelli M4, the true np3 coated h20 model with all of the best upgrades including the Geissele Hammer. I don't think there is a better one out there, if so.. not many.. and I would be hard pressed to find one in better condition, it has been test fired with slugs, 00 buckshot and bird shot, all fed flawlessly. obviously I am mentioning it on here for a reason, I know what I got, and I am not letting this go cheap (got another baby coming in 2 months and may be moving to another state soon, so need to sell this dream gun / investment) I dont plan on getting the value for each upgraded part, but their retail prices minus tax/shipping/ gunsmith installation are listed for detail and value analysis, alot of these parts are out of stock, have been out of stock and some may not be available anymore like IWC (owner recently passed) some like the Geissele hammer were only released in small batches. Benelli M4 11711 NP3 H20 (seen stock ones with a field stock sell for $4100+ in less than an hour of being posted about a year or two ago on 1911 addicts) -FFT stainless trigger + wolf spring kit ($335) -Daves metalworks oversized safety black ($30) -TTI stainless charging handle ($45) -TTI accuguide extended carrier ($80) -GG&G bolt release black ($125) -GG&G follower red ($35) -Geissele Super 90 Hammer ($few hundred - 500+ value) (np3) -IWC QD rear mount black ($30) -IWC QD scout mount w/pic rail black ($100) -Stippled OEM grip ($200) -Scalar works sync mount RMR black ($130) -Trijicon RMR type 2 06 black ($550) -Blitzkrieg Components Chevron tritium front sight post ($50) -Limbsaver butt pad / install ($55 + install) -FFT benelli m4 enthusiast replacement parts set ($350) -KZ oversized oem charging handle black ($40) -Robar Np3 collapsible stock and other internals that normally didint come np3 coated on the 11711 model were coated (price??) -Streamlight tlr1 HL ($150) -all oem np3 parts only parts I am willing to remove are the Streamlight tlr1 HL weapon light and the Trijicon RMR type 2 06 (maybe the scalar works mount with it)

  7. I agree that this is likely not the common perspective and likely a moot point. Just my own 2 cents. I’ve had some trouble with parts and wasted some money throughout my journey of aftermarket additions. He asked about the actual user opinion so I felt compelled to share my own insight. I don’t consider any modification installed until I have functional checked it.

  9. yea you said it, and absolutely, thats your opinion and I respect your view and choice, I just disagree, if upgrades are done right, the value is absolutely there, and yes you can look for deals and find a stock m4 for $1750-2k, one with collapsible stock and 7 round tubes are more around $2250-2500 depending on where and when, the new models are a higher price with the times! I agree some people are better of selling an oem model, this guys m4 is very nice and well done

  10. Like I said it’s probably going to sound negative but it’s my honest non sugar coated opinion. I’ve been selling and trading guns for 25 years now and I learned a long time ago you are better off parting out your aftermarket stuff and selling a gun as close to OEM as possible with a few exceptions. As for value you can literally get a BNIB 11721 or a m1014 for less than $1800-$1900 with a little patience. If someone has purchased it and modified it, it’s no longer NIB and neither is the price. Don’t take my word for it go to the gun forums or GB and look up the completed auctions and see what they are ACTUALLY selling for (not the listed prices). With the exception of a few newer or rare models most M4s are going for around $1500.

  12. it is negative and you know it, your flat out wrong with the suggested pricing not to insult you, but your post is insulting, there is no way that m4 sells for that low, no way anywhere on any day. crap post. this "after market parts dont add value" rhetoric is some fudd lore non sense, what are you talking about? so a $240 Geissele trigger added to an AR15 that came without one, adds no value to you? an Agency handguard and a Geissele hammer add no value? a collapsible stock adds no value? only a 7 rd tube? 🧐

  13. Never fired with a bunch of upgrades including mag and trigger makes me uneasy knowing full well how the gun should run VS how it might run if I buy this one. There’s not going to be any accountability or warranty if it doesn’t perform flawlessly

  14. Probably better off removing parts and selling them. And sell m4 stock to get some of your money back.If not as is $2500

  15. This is probably going to sound a bit negative but it’s an honest opinion. Most aftermarket upgrades will not add much if any value with the exception of the mag tube. You would be better off selling those separately. As it sets you are looking at $1800-$2200. You just aren’t going to get 11721 (out of stock) prices out of a m1014.
