well,opened her up,,no powder burns on the tube or powder residue on the forends,the previous owner barely shot this M1014,cleaned her ,wiped her and lubed her,she is now ready to shoot with my loving touch on her.

thanks man,I was very lucky,price was right,and I had the cash,used too own one back in the day,sold it for other Benelli investments,glad I was able to recoup a nice original,feels good.ps:you read my mind,accessories are next.

post some pics,,sounds like you should buy it,,an older luxury Benelli shotgun with some engraving and walnut furniture,those kinds of higher end benellis usually are not abused,and may be pricy,good luck

I had an M1014 with a collapsible stock,#11701,the recoil tube was notched for 3 positions,all 3 of the stocks avaliable for it interchanged fine.

keep it,its rare and beautiful,just ad to your collection,if your hard on selling it pm me.

at one time I had 6 tacticals,then went to the limited models,present inventory,2 sbes limited editions and a 1982 121,theres a anohter sbe limited edition online,rare 1997 vintage and a real M1014 near my place,I'll be looking to add to my Benelli collection again,fun times

if the gun was built before 1994 i believe,that when a ban law came into affect,about large capacity mags,import stuff,etc maybe somelse can help also.

the limited edition super black eagles are the best investment,the older ones being of higher value because of there vintage ,,there are some great deals out there for the older sbe,lets say pre sbe2,what type of deal you got going on??
