  1. Yes, the 20 gauge & 28 gauge are two piece recievers.
  2. Stocks/Forends from current models will not fit M1 Super 90's. The choke tubes are Benelli Mobil Choke system.
  3. Great news! You may want to clean out your bolt head as well, I am finding many of these plugged. The firing pin should travel freely through the bolt head if not it is being restricted with debries.
  4. When Briley cuts the tube out, no trace will be detected that the choke tube was ever stuck, they will not cut the barrel, just the choke tube. You will need to purchase another choke tube. Frankly I would not even try to get it out yourself at this point. There would be a very high chance on damaging the barrel. Then you will be out 500.00 - 700.00 for a new barrel, if you can find one. I always tell my clients, if you ever want to overlubricate anything on a Benelli it would be the choke tube.
  5. Both of your guns were shipped with D Drop Ship Plates and D Drop shims, I wouls start with the D Drop Shim Plate in both guns and then revisit the patterning board. The goal is to be looking down a flat rib , mid bead covering or slightly under the front bead.
  6. Gun Springs are made from wire that has a tensil value. Gun springs are made from chrome silicon or high grade alloy wire that has been cold drawn and heat treated. Dependent on the tesil value, gun springs are constantly adjusted in manufacturing for not only length but also coil metrics. Thus quite often the springs for a Benelli SBE series gun can show up in different lengths. Quite often springs are very inconsistant inso much as tolerance control. After working on more than 1300 Benelli's I have found the Benelli SBE series of gun springs from Midwest Guns parts or Midway USA is a very good go to OEM type part. I will use different spring in different models dependent on owner preference of ammo type and application. (The springs from Midwest Gun were coiled to tightly for a while which cause fitting issues around the recoil spring plunger) It would be well advised not to determine the gun spring you have based upon another application or even the very same gun. Please PM if you would like any additional information/application.
  7. The Carlson Shells catcher uses double back tape, I have installed and removed many of these. Removal will require cleanup of residue ledft behind when removing the tape from the reciever.
  8. The 828 Upland is a awesome upland O/U, I have a 12 Gauge myself. Keep in mind there were no 828U 20 Gauges build in the first year of the release. The two previous years there were very few 20 Gauges that were sold at retail stores. The 20 Gauge is extremely nice, super light weight. There are currently no 20 Gauges 828U PS guns in the USA for Dealer Purchase.
  9. The base of the bead should be flust with the rib, images.
  10. You could send the barrel to Briley, they will cut it out for you. I use them several times per year on choke tube removal that I could not complete myself. They will do a great job!
  11. The SuperNova tactical has a fixed choke - cylinder bore.
  12. Left handed models are currently made in the past generation chassis, left handed Montefeltro & M2's both resdesigns will be models to be released in the future.
  13. In a effort to try to assist you, I would really need more information, such as; is it a 3.5" or a 3.0" version? Could you expand on seperating the upper and lower and lower reciever? If it is a 3.0" are you describing the piece that is attaching to the barrel, which cover the top of the reciever. I have worked on more than 1300 Benelli's, with the information provided, it would be very difficult to describe a cause and effect. If you would like to PM me I would very much enjoy assisting you.
  14. Is this a new shotgun? Most Benelli's are often tight when assembly/disasembly. If you could include a photo, guidance could be effective.
  15. The middle bead on all SBE 3 series guns was discontinued, most guns date stampted 21 to current will not have a mid bead. This would incude: SBE 3.5's SBE 3" SBE 20 Gauges SBE 28 Gauges SBE 3.5 Performance Shop Editions
  16. Like Steve said Nuemrich has this roll pin in stock. If you could be more specific about which part you are describing, that would be helpful. If you go to the Midwest Gun Parts site (where all of Benelli USA's small parts are stored) this would be very helpful to use the correct terminology for us to assist you. If you need instructions how to install your Carrfier Latch Pin please PM me, I will be more than willing to assist. One question I would have is: what happened to your original?
  17. Rob Roberts has a Small Picatinny Rail for this application as well.
  18. If you are still in need oif assistance, please PM me, I can not upload anything to the site currently. Please send me a email adddress.
  19. Same method thatb you would mount to the Turkey Edition. Please note this will not work on the SBE 3 3" version.
  20. PM send with a solidf listing of 828U notes - trigger pack.
  21. The Vinci pad is pretty soft, keep oil off of the pad as well.
  22. Could you send me a email with a photo. I would have a buyer for it. Thanks Mark [email protected]
