That whole attachments thing is there just to frustrate new users. You need to use a hosting service like Photobucket. Once you've got the pics uploaded to Photobucket, simply copy and paste their Image Code to your post. Easy as falling off a three gun station and scuffing your knee pads. Here is a step-by-step I wrote some time ago. it doesn't mention the copying and pasting the IMG code, but you'll get the gist of it. Either method is fine. http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14613

That's better than Viagra! /sorry, it was a Sam Adams induced lapse

I'm glad to hear it's working better! Good to have you on the forums too. Stick around and help us sportsmen keep those quasi-commandos like Duggan and M1014 in check

I believe the SBE/SBEII now ranks as the second most popular shotgun of all time, gaining ground on the 870. It's a great shotgun.

Mike makes an excellent point. None of your equipment will take game while you're sitting at home watching football or at work. Being there is 90% of the game.

Yes, I can tell by your style of writing and your attitude towards those with whom you disagree that you've been on the refuge a long time. Your hunched back is the last place I want to be this Christmas.

Willie, Throw away the Remoil. Gets some Break free or Hoppes Elite Field Cleaner or Hoppes Elite oil. If you still have problems after this outing, take the gun apart and remove the recoil assemble from the stock. Depress the spring and plunger and flush it out with Gunscrubber or a carb and choke cleaner. Do the same for the receiver and the trigger group. Relube with one of the lubes above and wipe down until there's just a light film of lube. Reassemble.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!

What kind of lube are you using? Did you flush out the recoil spring and piston assembly, and then relube it? Did you test the recoil assembly to see if it moved freely? Is the action real stiff regardless of temperature, or just when cold? Did you clean out the receiver and make sure there was no gunk in the rails where the bolt slides? Did you test the bolt sliding in the rails with the barrel off?

splash, In Texas, if you shoot an unarmed man, do they revoke your Shift key rights?

It's OK, but your best patterns are going to be with the larger chokes for buckshot. I'd go with IC or Skeet.

I don't bowhunt anymore, but if I did I'd get a Matthews.

Wal-Mart should have Breakfree and Hoppes Elite. Both are excellent CLP's. Damp cloth. Mild detergent if needed. NEVER let bug repellent DEET get on the camo.

You can't always go by what Tom Knapp does. He's a big ol' fellow and he can grip that gun tightly. I'd also bet that they don't just give him one off the line. Yes, there must be resistance to operate the system. I tried to shoot some dove loads from the hip and they stovepiped every time. Remoil stinks on ice in January.. Use CLP and wipe off the excess, leaving nothing but a sheen. Some pistol guys have been telling me about a dry lube from Liquid wrench. I bought a can at Wally World the other night, but have yet to try it on anything.

....but I do.

Golf courses and shopping malls are the best. This is a national site. Most folks don't know what or where Northern Neck is.

Bryan, You're missing plenty.

The Benellis will typically shoot higher than the Remingtons. Check your patterns on a board. Europeans like to sight the full target above the bead. Americans like to cover the target with the muzzle.

Post your arsenal! (pics of course if not then just say what you have)

I would say that the firing pin needs to be replaced. Call Benelli and ask if they can send you one.

That word is an Italian slang insult of the highest order. It means "your *** is bigger than your ****, and you have two ******, but only one **********!
