you should definitely replace the barrel and chokeset, and have your receiver re-milled, and disassemble and check the trigger housing for cracks, and get the holes for you top rail re-tapped and inspected

i love my eotech but hate it on my benelli, im still trying to find a docter or aimpoint micro to replace it. the cheekweld sucks even with a blackhawk pad...

I agree with the above. I love my eotech, the reticle is so much nicer than a plain 2 or 4 moa dot. but i cannot get a good cheek weld bacause it sits so high. I also use a blackhawk IVS cheek pad and it still seems tall. Im going to be getting a micro.

I would like to put fair warning to anybody installing a mesa sidesaddle on their M4 that the instructions are correct. If you over tighten the screws in the receiver, it will strip. I stripped one of the taps in the receiver by over tightening, and to make things worse I also snapped one of the heads off the original benelli screws while loosening the rail (it came locktighted in). I was feeling pretty cheapfaced last night. Be careful or be sad like me.
