I'm lost. The m2 doesn't cycle light loads? I've seen 3 m2's that cycle 1 oz loads. Is that not good enough?

Welcome and congrats on your purchase. 20 out of 25 is very good for your 3rd round. I shoot my Nova as well and I shoot 20-22 on the trap range on the 16 yard line. I just shoot for fun and practice. I wish I had the bag my limbsaver pad came in. I don't know what model mine is but I can tell you it does work. Yep. For birds the nova is great because of this reason. But I hate having to aim low on turkeys and yotes. Still love the gun though.

This doesn't help in skeet shooting but I have become use to it. Maybe because the point of aim isn't that high at 20 yards or less.

No, I hear it does help a ton. I have Wolff springs kits in the 66-2 and the single six. The 66 has a 7 1/2 LB DA and a 2 LB SA trigger. The Single Six has a 3 1/4 LB trigger. Can you say NICE!!! Is it a good idea to put aftermarket internal parts on guns used for HD? I heard its not.

I don't reload shotgun either. But if the shell is 2 1/2 inches x7= 17.5 inches. You have to have room for the mag. tube spring. I'm not sure about the crimp length on any of the shells.

2 3/4 inch shells are 2 3/4 inches after its been shot.(open hull) Same think applys with 3's and 3 1/2.

I have a model 12 featherlight. Pretty slick action. But no recoil pad. So I had it refinished by winchester and it sits above my fireplace. (grandfathers gun)

7- 2 3/4 I don't have a extension but the standard mag tube will hold 3-3 1/2 shells.

The gun is more reliable than you. Just don't "short stoke'' the gun and it will cycle every time.
