You just need to put a few more rounds though it. My Novas are slick.

Compared to a gas auto. I agree. To an Sbe. Its not the lightest recoil auto on the market. Thats all I'm saying.
-
Why are they comparing an auto to a pump anyway? Why not compare to a Nova or Supernova? I saw one day, they compared a bolt action speed to a single action speed. They said it was about the time to shoot 3 rounds.Come on.

There you go again, showing off you new glasses.

Trade with someone. Start a thread asking to trade.

I use limsaver. They work great.

I shoot at least 20 or better. But I've only shot trap maybe 20 rounds at the most. I shoot skeet more and been hitting in the 21 range. Having lots of fun though.

Choose your HD weapon...BUT, out of only 3 choices...

My bed side gun right now is a k frame .357 4 inch loaded with 38+p's. (+plus 2 speed loaders) .357's have alot of flash in the dark and alot bigger compression wave. YOu won't be able to hear or see. 6 rounds is enough. Unless someone can raise there hand and tell me they have shot someone in there house more than 6 times. I'm thinkin no one. -
I don't know if pressure ( powder charge) has to do with patterning as well but I'm sure it would.

Now that Duggans done, I'll give it a try. (pretty funny though) If your lucky, your not maybe pushing the shell into the mag. tube all the way. If your not so lucky, It would be your shell stop or the carrier is messed up. The carrier will stay up until you press the action release or pull the trigger.

One is gas and on is interia.

Was your shotgun behind the Jellyhead?

I don't think its a "wear" issue. I have thousands of rounds through my Nova's and they run great. Cycled empty? If empty, did it cycle before you traded it? If it did, have you taken apart the gun and cleaned it? If you haven't taken the gun apart, that would be the first step. If you don't know how to take it apart, PM me and I will walk you through it. I don't know what would bind up the action unless something is bent or if it wasn't put together right. Although, I don't think you can get the gun together if something is in the wrong place. Let me know Novaking

Do you know, you have more handgun ammo then all the walmarts in the US on any given day. Whats your address. I need to know where to run to when the next civil war comes.
-
I don't but I heard its a good combo.
-
No its not worth the money. Not for trap loads anyway.
-
Yes, Big supply and no demand. I bought my Nova's the way I wanted them. I knew it was hard to find acc. for them. But they are tanks. And that is what is wanted. A gun that doesn't jam and malfuntion, and that is what I have. The good news is you will be able to sell your Nova quick and easy. Supply and demand you know.

Gander Mountain is high on there guns. At least compared to other big box stores. Unless they have sales. Then they are OK.
-
Don't match what? Your paperwork.
-
It works with 3 1/2 inch shells. Can't really tell on smaller loads. My experiance is with the the Nova recoil reducer.
-
I have thousands of rounds though my Nova's with no signs of major wear and tear. I wouldn't worry about replacing parts on the Nova any time soon. Yes, Mossberg sells there parts cheaper. Theres a reason for that.
-
Your shooting doubles with a SN. Sweet, you da man! I shoot skeet with my nova. Just a bit more fun.
-
It might be smart to find a place that has all three guns and take I drive over there. There is a place about an hour and a half from me that lets you shoot the display models at some clays. I think thats worth the extra time and money to get the gun that fits you the best.
