any good ones out there that fit an m4/1014 w/ collapsible stock? damn thing kicks like a mule:D firing/training w/ 3" slugs all day. thanks for any info, skeeter

if your gonna hunt 2 legged animals, than the m4 would be your better choice.

alrighty then, someone here suggested registering my type of shotgun and all its componants as an SBS. if i sent off the paperwork and paid the 200$ and it was approved, would it then be legal w/ all my parts i have? i also have no desire at this time the shorten my stock 18" barrel. but would it be legal w/ current laws? thanks skeeter

just out of curiosity, what do you suggest they shoot at, if not paper targets? im not in any law enforcement trade, nor do i live in any high crime area. so there's no people breaking into my house to shoot at for practice. also what purpose was the gun made for as far as you're concerned?is home defense not on your list? just curious, not trolling here. skeeter

yeah, agreed here. but it does kind of concern me that if i went to the range to get some tac training in, some over-zealous atf ******* that happen to be there decides to make a big deal about my weapon. i know the chance is remote, but i got 2 young boys!!! so i guess closet training is all my lovely m4 will see!!! skeeter

but my 2 pc stock came w/ the gun from original purchase in original bx. and even written on the bx. does it count as 2 pcs then? or just considered a stock? skeeter

so after reading "mean green's" thread and his letter from the ATF, and the fact im not a rocket scientist by trade, im still a little confused. so if my m1014 w/flag came from the factory w/ a 2 pc non-collapsible stock and i put and american made full length mag tube as well as the 3-position recoil tube for stock to collapse, will i be in compliance w/ whatever laws that are currently in affect? any help here please. thanks skeeter in texas.

funny part is, i just bought my mint cond. m1014 w/ flag, 2 rd tube and collapsible stock that doesnt collapse due to tube for 1580$ 2 weeks ago w/ no papers here in texas. and s# in the 800's. lucky me i guess.

i couldnt believe it. an unfired benelli m1014 w/ flag, 2 rd ext tube and serial #74 just sold for 4,024$$$. they only made 2500 of these, so i ask whats the difference if you have #74 or #874? its not #1 or #2500 i guess this guy was sure desperate to have one.
