  1. SOLD SOLD SOLD I have two new Tom Knapp Signature Extended Crio chokes for sale...$55/both shipped 1- Modified 1-Skeet I bought them for my new VINCI. I also recieved a full set as a gift. I paid $84 for them($36.95ea+s/h) [email protected]
  2. I'm using a Tom Knapp Signature extended tube which is made by Carlson chokes. I've been trying to sell two extra Knapp tubes that were a gift-a skeet and a modified, both brand new. I have them listed on this website also.
  3. I've been shooting Fiochi spreader loads, max dram 1oz. and also Federal(Blue Box) max dram 1oz game loads. No problems and I buy the Federals from Wal Mart @ $4.67/box.
  4. I have used only two extended chokes in my Vinci...I prefer the extended modified tube when I shoot trap and on some sporting clay stations. I patterned the flush modified against the extended Carlson/Tom Knapp tube and I like the densness of the pattern from the extended tube better. My other tube I use most is my Extended skeet tube. Also, I prefer the fact that I can change them without a choke tool.
  5. SOLD SOLD SOLD Two brand new Tom Knapp Signature CRIO PLUS Extended Chokes 1-Modified 1-Skeet Paid $36.95 each - will sell both for $55 delivered I recieved a set of Brileys as a gift - [email protected]
  6. I have the standard r/h LOP pad available off my Vinci...never used it. Had to buy a short one to fit me. $75 if interested and I'll ship it to you. I also have 2 Tom Knapp Gold signature extended Crio chokes, 1-Mod and 1-Skt for $30 ea or $55 both if interested. [email protected]
  7. My Vinci cycled the 1oz loads like candy. I've shot 15 rds of skeet without a hiccup.
  8. Try this I've considered a Boykin or an American Water Spaniel http://www.americanwaterspanielclub.org/ http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/americanwaterspaniel.htm link:http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/boykinspaniel.htm Also:http://www.boykinspanielclub.org/
  9. Forgot to mention, that Knapp does offer an Extra Full tube for the crio barrels.
  10. Try Tom Knapp's website. I have purchased several of his signature series chokes for $36.95 each. They are made by Carlson Chokes. I have also made purchases from Carlson which I think is a great deal for the money. http://www.choketube.com/ http://www.tomknapp.net/store/product.php?productid=292&cat=28&page=1
  11. I've been shooting my HK/SBE for 18 years now, with one trip to Benelli service department last year because of failure to eject. I've only put around 9-10 thou trough it before I had to get it fixed. It certainly wasn't the Inertia system that failed though. In terms of a reliable action, I don't think they can be matched on a day to day basis.
  12. After 4 months, my friends CS problem was resolved through his gunshop and the Benelli area rep and cs. Benelli made it right and that is what good companies do. Thanks Benelli USA for doing the right thing and keeping a good Benelli customer happy.
  13. Benelli 81206 Super Black Eagle II Barrel (12 Gauge, 26") - APG Camo $660.00 http://www.ableammo.com/catalog/default.php?cPath=9935_16854&sort=3a&filter_id=201
  14. If you pick one up and need a short gel pad, Brownells and Numrich do not have the right hand pads in stock at the 13.5 rh size(makes the LOP 13-7/8 on the Vinci) let me know as my local gunshop had them for around $95 + tax. I spent $122 at Brownells thinking I would never find anything local in Fresno. Good Luck!
  15. I bought the 13.5" rh Benelli Factory Gel Pad for the SBEII which put me at about 13-7/8 which is what I prefer. That was the pad Benelli cs said I should buy.
  16. GBM, I checked with Benelli and they don't yet make any additional pads specifically for the Vinci, but they told me to p/u the short 14" pad which will make the LOP under 14" on the Vinci which, due to the new pistol grip ergos is differant, slightly longer, from the other comfort tech stock design.
  17. I'm not sure of the prices you see locally, but check out gunbroker.com, they are a reputable websight and you can also save some bucks there. I have bought and sold without any problems. I also live in California and face a 9.5% sales tax. Don't be self concious about being a beginner or a maybe a bad shot. We all started that way. That is why people practice, to get better. I might add that my Vinci shoots the lighter 1oz Fiochi spreader loads without a problem. Go get 'em girl!
  18. Good luck on that. It's almost like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Suggest you expand your search to gunbroker.com or gunsamerica.com. Found this on GunAmerica : Benelli SBEII Timber Camo 12/24-$395.00 http://www.gunsamerica.com/902703154/Non-Guns/Barrels/Benelli_SBEII_Timber_Camo_12_24.htm

    SBE 1 help?

    Best of luck and enjoy...
  20. If you like the Vinci, don't shy away because it's a 12 ga. The gun is very solid, has a more than manageable recoil , manageable weight and is well balanced, and you would be able to change out the standard recoil pad if you have a shorter length of pull as I did.($100-$125-isn't cheap) I also purchased mine on gunbroker.com for $1150 + s/h + local FFL/DROS charges. My neighbor is a small guy and has a bad shooting shoulder, but he loves my Vinci because it doesnt punish him. I'm sure you will want to put on a shorter recoil pad. You can go to Brownells website and I would suggest the 14" pad-R/H or L/H depending on which way you shoot.

    SBE 1 help?

After 17 years, my HK/Benelli did the same thing. Don't screw with it, contact Benelli customer service, get an RA# and send it back to them. They repaired mine at no cost to me, which was great. Now it swallows and spits again without failure.
  22. Can I suggest GunBroker.com for your Vinci purchase. I picked up my synthetic 26" for $1150 + shipping Saved a bunch of money and happy as a lark
  23. If you're looking for a rifled barrel slug gun it's a great deal but if you want to shoot bird shot you'll need a differant barrel. M2 / M1 Rifled Slug Barrels Available in 24" only
  24. I find the biggest deterrant to the 1187 is its weight.
  25. They do market the Montefeltro in a youth model called: MONTEFELTRO SHORT STOCK 20-GAUGE 2-3/4" AND 3"
