shot a 3gun with it and loved it. with the stock forearm I tend to get my fingers on the top of the hot barrel. you can take the barrel off without removing the forearm.

i think he was referring to the GGandG bolt handle ? I am ordering a Carrier comp bolt handle today.

just took the dremel to it and chamfered the forward edge, should minimize any contact. stil one of the best mods I've done

Ever wonder if five guys could kick down your door with baseball bats and knives (no permits required) when your wife or duaghter is home alone? or even yourself ? would you rather she (or you) have a loaded gun and know how to use it ? mine does. or have government laws to make us all safe?

I guess that better than the UK or AUs. where its illegal to use a gun to protect your own life.

I have noticed the GGG bolt release pad is starting to leave a small mark on the receiver. its such a huge improvment over stock tho it doesnt bother me.

seems like the worst part. you can't even be ready to protect your own life with it ?

I love it. no riser here but did get the limbsaver. the shorter gun is easier to handle especially in room-clearing type scenarios. I highly recommend it.

Imeant I thought you could not own real guns like the M4. of course you can own hunting guns, but the M4 has no sporting use in Canada right? so... how are the gun laws up there?

it required a lot of work with the dremel but so far it feels like an improvement. I like the rails (going to do a night shoot and mount a light). I alos like it covers more of the barrel - that proteects the hands from a hot barrel.

my experience with CComp has been excellent.

this is on my christmas list. the CComp tube is awesome.

is there something different about the gen 2 part ?
