I was thinking about getting this one. http://www.gggaz.com/benelli-shotgun-sling.html

What about a BLAM4? Simple design and not too costly.

+2 MAG EXTENSION-SERIOUSLY FRUSTRATING! nobody knows?
M4-Desert Camo replied to PCFIVEZ's topic in Benelli
Could it be that spring was designed for a shorter mag (5 shots) so now you have added length, only makes sense it would be loose with nohing in it? -
Here are the pics, so far: Briley Mag tube mount TruLock extended, ported choke SureFire X300 Ultra SideArmor short rail with quick remove 6 shot shell holder FFT 1/2" steel charging handle (so much better than OEM) Limbsaver slip-on, 1/2" LOP Not Installed: BLAM4 On Order: Switch for SureFire EOTech EOLAD

hehe .... ok, later today. Hadn't planned on posting pics until everything came in but looks like that will be a while (EOTech and Surefire switch).

Got my SideArmor rail and 6 shot quick detach shell holder. It's made very well and I really like that the holder removes very quickly. Everything is made from aluminum and the shell holder has small ball bearing type pressure points to hold the shells. Yes, it's expensive but what M4 related option isn't .... http://www.sidearmor.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=46_48&products_id=114&zenid=6f1su7jrt9k88mjf1f1b6r1g47

Yup, it's a 12ga brush ... I used "copper" reffering to the color but I'm sure it's bronze and not copper. I'm not a fan of the aluminum rod and may look into something coated and flexible.
-
The gun store that sold me my M4 also sold me a KleenBore Shotgun cleaning kit. The copper brush seems so stiff and takes a good tug to pull it through. I only used it once fearing I would scratch the barrel ..... am I over reacting and worrying about nothing?

SideArmor on order, liked the quick detach shell holder option .... thanks
-
Thanks ... I have ordered a mil-spec rail to replace the OEM one. Same thing, read too much here about issues with it.
-
Well I wanted a sight and laser in one package .... never thought about the overall size factor.

$1999 for my Camo one on 12/31/12.

Benelli M4 -- Weapon light mounting Options Suck!
M4-Desert Camo replied to StrangerDanger's topic in Benelli
I got the Briley in today, it fits nice and snug .... I see no need to use the set screw at this point. The Surefire X300U fits real nice and is streamlined. Of course if you have an extended mag this Briley can't be used. -

Yeah, I saw that .... I'm hoping the set screw isn't really needed. -
I'm in a quandary, I have a EOTECH EOLAD-1VG on order. I wanted to get the SideArmor quick detach short rail with 6 shell holder but I'm thinking the left side of the EOTECH which has the laser might interfere with the shell holder. Anyone have insight or opinions? EOTECH: http://www.eotech-inc.com/products/sights/eolad-1v SideArmor: http://www.sidearmor.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=46_48&products_id=115

You don't need tools for the Briley, best I can tell. I'll report back when mine comes in. http://www.briley.com/magazineextensionbarrelclamp-1.aspx -
I was just at the range Sunday with my M4 and I got 5+1.
-
Frankly, I would hang onto it .....

What's wrong with the Briley mag tube rail and mount the light under the mag tube and the switch on the side of the Briley? A surefire X300-U is my light. -
Thanks guys .... 1/2" steel from FFT it is.
-
Thanks, I realize there are lots of choices .... was just wondering what others thought was best. I think I am leaning towards the 1/2" from FFT
