Dude, I think it's been made clear here that there aren't guys field stripping M4's at gun ranges to determine 922r compliance. It's an addon FELONY. Did you hear the word FELONY? Could be a misdemeaner, but I'll bet when it's compounded with whatever else, it would be a FELONY. So when the Gubment is nailing your hide to the wall for the primary offence, they can get bonus points for an illegal gun charge. SCORE! They put Freakin' Martha Stewart in prison for God's sake. Who are you? You want to play with BATF? That's your business and ya takes ya chances. But if I was gonna play that game? I wouldn't be shooting my mouth off about it on the Internet... That's just bad playin' technique in my opinion.

922R Compliance? You know that's one smart doggie to be able to figger that out!

I realize these guys are proud of their product and their company. I would wear a Polo shirt with a 1" Polo logo on it. (I actually prefer Perlis to Polo for these types of shirts, I like their Logo better too having lived in New Orleans) The current Polo shirts have like a 6" Logo on them. I would not buy one of those. Or I would get one and dye the Logo the same color as the shirt(I wouldn't do that but use it as an example of my idea here) What would be wrong with CNC'ing the Logo before the anodization? The Logo would be there, however it would not be a Neon Sign though. The competition guys don't mind because they are usually a Mosaic of Gaudy Logos. But I would prefer a more stealthy approach to the Logo.

The only thing I wish they would change is how "up front" the logo is. Other than that, they look killer.

Their site has been irritating for years. I always hated when people hosted their images there. The last few months will go down as colossally stupid I believe.

Thanx! I have everything except how to handle the safety pin. I thought there was a way to grind a small screwdriver to do that. Make it like a fork.

My gun is a stock LE gun, in regards to the FCG. I think the Guard is Poly, but it looks very similar to the metal one you had in your post, but not quite the same.

That's what Has me confused. Mine doesn't look like either one. It looks very similar to the metal one, but not the same, and feels like Plastic. It is also Dark Black. It is definitely not like the Poly one in the PIX

I'm gonna hold you down and pull a tooth out your head! The bottom one in the pix is the metal FCG? I'm wondering about mine, it looks kinda like the bottom group but does not have that decoration on the bottom of the Finger guard. Mine really doesn't look like either one of yours you have pictured.

Why doesn't FFT or TTI make these correctly? I mean those guys are in the business of making these kinda parts. I'm surprised they haven't stepped up since a market exists.
