  1. Just throwing my 2 cents in on the original topic. I have holosun HE507c-gr x2 on my M4 and the holosun Paralow HS503G on my M3. Both on scalarworks mounts and they've been rock solid. I turkey hunt with the M4 and the M3 is my "Slug gun". So they mostly get fed pretty potent loads.
  2. My m4
  3. I've tried riding it forward to see if I could make it not go and I can't. No matter how slow I go, it always drops right into battery.
  4. I always thought the inertia spring in the Benelli bolt assembly was the cause of the "click" my M2 and M3 will click if the bolt isn't seated all the way. My M4 won't do this and I've tried to make it.
  5. Scalarworks is the best optic mount for shotguns in my opinion.
  6. Just make sure it's a Beretta/Benelli mobil choke and you'll be all set. And btw, I shoot slugs through modified chokes all the time. Never had any issues.
  7. I love PMC high velocity #4 buck. It is very spicy and shoots well out of my m4.
  8. How does the Salvo attach to the barrel? If you buy the m4 from an FFL that has them in stock, you can just look at the muzzle and see if it's threaded for chokes.
  9. The Super Nova comfortech stock will not fit the M4 without quite a bit of modification.
  10. I'm probably wrong, but think all the shotgun marked M4 have removable chokes(the entry model might be the exception) and the shotgun marked M1014 (#11701) has a fixed modified barrel.
  11. Im pretty sure a field stock would go on the new buffer tube the same as the previous one. As long as yours looks like this on the end(and id be surprised if it didn't) you should be fine.
  12. Yes, while the new stock helps the m3 quite a bit, it still isn't as soft as my m4.
  13. The supernova stock contours the m3 perfectly.
  14. Did you look at the pics I posted of the difference between the old m3 vs the new? The old m3 essentially have the m1 super 90 receiver. The newer m3 (which is more than likely what you'll get) have the m2 receiver. I literally bought the same stock you did and found out the hard way. Botach has the supernova comfortech stocks on sale right now. Just pick one up and you'll have a comfortech field stock for you m3. https://botach.com/benelli-supernova-12ga-comfortech-stock-black-synthetic/
  15. No, that's the stock for the old M3.
  16. Just put a super nova comfortech stock on my M3
  17. I had a GGG charging handle, but it broke.
  18. Yes, both the 11608 and 11606 are the same in how the stock mounts. In fact the 11608 uses the same adjustable stock as the Super Nova tactical. Heres the difference in m3 receivers. The top is the older and the bottom is the current.
  19. If you buy a new M3 it will be the m2 receiver type and the stock you have will fit like the pic I posted. The alternative would be to buy a super nova field stock or possibly a m2 stock might work. But the m2 has recently gone through a change so make sure its not the new generation m2.
  20. Is your M3 a new model with the m2 profile? If so that stock will fit but the lines are off.
  21. I have a current gen M3 that I modified to ghost load. I'll post some pics on what you need to do. It's very simple if you have a dremel.
  22. A stoeger m3000 recoil spring might work. It has a very similar recoil system as the M3
  23. Remove the barrel first. Use aforementioned snap ring pliers to remove snap ring. Then you'll be able to adjust the sling plate as you want. Reinstall snap ring.
