  1. I got drunk and fed a moose an ***** by hand on my front porch....dont tell anyone because that's illegal as well... What we cant say A.P.P.L.E? surly a mod is messing with me right? How ironic!
  2. Dumb move by the step son.. But.... I swear its getting harder and harder not to break some sort of a law every time you step out into the world. Reciprocity laws have me stopping at just about every State to relocate my weapon. Out of the holster into the trunk with a padlock...and repeat. and pray I dont get stopped at a reservation say bye- bye to gun forever legal or not. I have to carry an encyclopedia of fish species with me and spend 2 hours researching what bait or lures I can use, and try and remember 100 rules and location cut offs just to fish. I have fish and game hiding behind every blade of grass with binoculars waiting for me to cross the stream at the wrong time or place (sometimes feet in difference) to issue me another citation. Cant go to the range without some idiot adjusting sights or loading a mag while on a "range clear/cold" and cant go into the woods to shoot without driving 6 hours and hiking another 3. Off the grid living seems more and more appealing.....there are places the law wont go in my state and my compass keeps pointing that way.
  3. And after that.....Id like to know if drilling dimples all over my shotgun will make it shoulder faster... jk...
  4. Cooooool...We need one of those "Forged in Fire" or MythBuster" force testing units! ........Kari Byron can test my tu............awwww nevermind:rolleyes:
  5. Yeah, galling is not gonna happen, the tolerances would have to be allot tighter. A real life scenario, say a shotgun leaned against a tree and falling over on a rock .... The titanium tube isnt going to fair as well as a steel one. Plus, Im not paying $250 more for a tube thats main benefit is difference is a golf ball in weight. Dont know why nobody isnt making tubes in stainless...
  6. Anyone have one that there not using? Im looking for just the mount with no light. Thanks!
  7. If you need any, I have a hand full of M4-0.7X6 They fit the Scalarworks SYNC/RMR rail perfect and are completly flush inside the action when used. No need for trimming. I dont have any of the studs though just the screws. Hit me up on PM and Ill send you what you need while my supply last. (Free) just send me a Self addressed stamped envelope and a picture of your cat:).
  8. oooooooooo thats NICE! ....I love the angle.
  9. Its not a bad piece, its mainly preference. I just happen to like alloy TG's I had allot of surprises when I bought my first m4 and got it home. After handling a true NP3 coated m4 with aluminum TG I was sold on the gun... I purchased one and got her home,.... turns out they replaced the aluminum TG with plastic and ceracoated my gun instead of NP3 and STILL called it an H2O.
  10. I think Ill mail mine back to Benelli along with the crimped section and spring.... Ill include the plastic trigger guard in the box as well..
  11. Any use for them? With everyone upgrading to full 7 rnd tubes Im sure there is a plethora of 5 rnd tubes out there. Ive seen a few on ebay Any use for them before i send them off to the landfill?
  12. ...errrr it be the Jolly Roger pattern matey.....
  13. Another skull insert....its all fun.
  14. Earring and tie tacks are a quick way to customize...I fiddle in knife-making and use it allot.. Heres a stainless earring I used on switchblade button for one of my knives..
  15. Thanks Guys! It really didn't take very long at all. I think Ive got it down to a science by now ha! I drilled a very tiny hole for the sterling silver earring after considering its placement. I cut a slot in the rear over the drilled hole and after setting the desired depth of the skull with the heat iron i folded the earring stud over in the slot I made in the back then worked some melted plastic over it with the iron. With the stippling around the skull and the earring stud folded over in the back its not going anywhere. Its very small and almost unnoticeable...I finished it off with some acid to make it a little darker..
  16. Thank you my friend,.....it adds a little extra flair haha
  17. Tedious but well worth it..
  18. The few ounces one saves by going titanium and spending 300 bucks for makes no sense...4130 is in my opinion is the best material to use for this application for strength and durability and in this case price.
