  1. Hopefully if someone Googles "Taran Tactical M4/M1014 Charging Handle" they will find this and save them time and packing tape. Dont buy this product! If you were to actually use it on your M4 it would destroy your gun. This charging handle easily pushes past the detent section of the bolt and in result will mar/scratch the outside of the receiver face AND will cut a really nice groove on the inside of the receiver as well. Thanks to this forum and its wonderful contributors I was made aware of the potential problems with this product and avoided ruining my gun. Salute!
  2. wheeeew ......I thought I read "Flex Seal" LOL
  3. I feel sorry for the OP, looks like his shaft thingy is hitting the rim of his hole....
  4. ......becoming "one" with the gun.....means sharing the Frog lube...
  5. I had no idea they were welded, I thought they were just pined. I took a few pictures of mine and by looking at them it appears that maybe his recoil tube may not be screwed all the way in? What do you think?
  6. But that doesn't account for the drag marks all the way up the arm..or are they drag marks at all? so hard to tell by pictures alone. But I see and understand what your saying M2.
  7. Ok,.....dumb question...but is part # 43 even attached to part # 29? by the looks of the damage, it looks like part# 43 is free floating in the receiver...
  8. Everything is SOLD! Thank you Benelli forums!
  9. Cleaning out the closet..Ar15 parts lot everything in photos included shipped to your door for SOLD
  10. Speedbar For Benelli M4 $12 shipped!
  11. Might be on to something with the piston seals....if the gun was cleaned with a chemical strong enough to strip the paint off the bolt assembly it may have eaten the seals?
  12. I tried the bacon grease.......it attracted the bears.....really increased my shouldering time!
  13. Usually the rule of thumb (if I have read correctly) is to have about 12-14 inches of spring sticking out of the mag tube before you put it all back together. I've tried what your attempting and it seemed to work just fine at first but then I started experiencing failure to feed. The spring just didnt have enough tension to push the last shell onto the elevator far enough for proper operation. Buy a Carriercomp 7 rnd spring and save yourself any headaches in the future. Its cheap and well worth it. While your at it, polish the inside of the tube with a bit of steel wool wrapped around a cleaning swab. Hook the rod up to a drill and give it a good 10 minutes. The result will make it smooth and quite. Use some Rem dry lube and your good to go!
  14. The FFT was to long and would scrape the inside of the receiver when inserted.
  15. Yes Sir, it take awhile messing with these to know what your doing....even then its not an exact science.
  16. Thanks Toaster, Ill be careful. I have a FFT C/H and had to Dremell it a bit for a good fit. Its now harder to take out then the OEM one is. I emailed FFT about the poor fit and he was an Ass about it. No more FFT gear for me.....
  17. No, I already had one coming....now Im just depressed
  18. Ive been reading in forums over the net and the TTI charging handle seems to be hit or miss. StrangerDanger seems to have had good luck with them but others have experienced them bending or just shearing off while shooting or detent/manufacturing problems...sad. I really dont like the original m4 CH at all.
  19. I dont know guys......Im really diggin this one!
  20. Whats wrong with the TTI? I was thinking about trying one out....
  21. I had words deleted in forums before but....we cant talk about fruit? .......if it WAS a mod, ...that was kinda funny....if not...Im gonna cry and go read 1984 again..
