The obvious answer is a Benelli M4! If she can’t hold it up tell her to lift some weights
-
I’m getting a batch cerekote right now, should be available next week.
-
Honestly, I wouldn’t be happy paying the coin I paid, for a black glossy barrel that is not classic look. Just me.
-
Whenever I have a problem with my M4 it is because it is too dry. Lube the bolt carrier rails and it will function as good as new in my experience.

Thanks for your comments!

I’m going to be moving ahead with a stainless steel version, going to talk to the engineer tomorrow. Thanks for the offer!
-
sold out already... crazy times indeed. Maybe I should make some of these...
-
I won’t lie, factory polymer is tough as hell. M4 crowd Likes titanium… Metals prices have skyrocketed.. I am still debating if I want to peruse this, but I am getting a lot of interest. If i go thru with it I will be posting here.

I am biased but I prefer the aesthetics and surface area of my quick bolt release tab. Naturally, can get up to 3 fingers on it, but typically use my ring finger and middle finger. Either way, upgrading to a rectangle at least Is needed whether button or tab design.

glad to hear you got it sorted.
-
wow quite the thread! Glad you got it all sorted. I dealt with a slow reacting seller once, it isn't fun.

Was about to start production and titanium prices went up 30% for me… at this time I cannot move forward on it. Perhaps in the future. If you have signed up i will alert you if I decide to produce it.

Titanium prices are volatile right now, a quote this week is 10% more than last week. with all this said, I can make these for 118 USD each plus shipping (12-15 bucks). a reminder that the lines on the tube cap will be milled INTO the cap rather than raised. some feedback on price would be welcome before I make a final decision. thanks!

I would start with more grey, then work darker and darker. Don’t go too dark at first.
-
Im doing a lot of brainstorming
-
Titanium is 48 OEM is 37 aluminum 29 so u would be gaining weight with titanium
-
Ok so here’s the deal, the original cap is mostly polymer, it actually has a very low weight of 37 grams, titanium would be 48g (est), aluminum would be 29g (est). so the only viable weight reduction would be using aluminum, which would save roughly 8g. I can still do a run of these if you guys are still interested.

Heard back from the machine shop today regarding these. Some changes have to made to the design, due to the polymer mold that is used on the current cap, some aspects of the design are not practical. Instead of the lines popping out on top of the mold, the lines will be milled down into the handle (instead of protruding). As a result, this will lighten the cap a bit, but the look will be a bit different. Otherwise the milling time required will not make the cost feasible. This is the biggest change to the look of the cap. Still waiting on estimated weights vs the steel variant, I'll report back when I have the info.

Same length as the my newest offering. But I have not had much if any interest. I’ll likely not be moving ahead with it. Ty for the message though!

I’ve been getting reports of this for some reason, switching browsers seems to help. I’ll see if I can fix it this afternoon.
-
glad you like it!

I can blast some for those that prefer natural look
-
I'll look into Aluminum, I just figured the M4 crowd likes the status of Ti a bit Ti price might be too unreasonable to make it viable, still waiting on pricing.

Good Day all, As my business grows, I want to start to add more diverse products. My original goal for the titanium handle was a locking steel tang, and titanium handle that weighs equal to, or less than OEM. Now that I've accomplished this, some have been expressing interest in a 3/4" version. I heard back from the machine shop engineer, a 3/4" handle with my same design (Ti handle and stainless steel tang, locking design) would weigh approx 15.5g (OEM weighs roughly 12g according to my scale). I am curious about the interest also for this product. I appreciate the community here, you are helping me grow as a small biz and providing valuable input. This handle as well, would only be offered in cerekote black. Either responding here, or signing up on my website (https://www.rxarms.com/out-of-stock) would aid me in assessing demand. Thanks!
