  1. It’s a goofy one called C-More. I don’t think anyone uses it. Kind of dumb. After shouldering it many many times, I think it will be doable. I just have to have my head in a slightly more upright position. Was thinking about this ADM mount but I don’t think it will be any lower than the factory one. https://www.admmfg.com/cvrd-low-mount I might get a Scalarworks set up eventually. I just bought a couple new MOS Glocks and 2 Acro P2’s with FCD mounting plates so my wallet is still smoldering.
  2. It’s not necessarily supplied with the stock. MGW states it’s needed for the install and it is to be purchased separately. https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/81041 The stock arrives in a Benelli box fully assembled and there is another separate part in the shipping box that you purchase that is not needed.
  3. So far so good. Only a couple hundred rounds with it mounted though.
  4. It is the TLR RM2. I really like it. With the IWC amount with their picatinny section it puts the activation pad in the perfect spot. It’s a rubber pad button vs a rocker switch. The light works great at 12 o’clock on an AR too It’s definitely a spill type of light vs throw so great for HD set up.
  5. Just delivered. It came fully assembled and the extra sling plate is not needed. MGW should really update their site. I like this stock a lot more. I don’t think my Vortex razor red dot is gonna work anymore, at least not on this factory mount. Seems to sit too high. I could make it work on the PG stock but not sure on this one. Need to get outside and do some shooting.
  6. And USPS FAILED yet again. Hopefully tomorrow, Tuesday.
  7. Nope. USPS let down. Was supposed to deliver Friday……nope. Then Saturday……nope. Now Monday. Hopefully tomorrow is my lucky day.
  8. Thanks for all the responses. Sounds like it should be coming complete.
  9. Thanks! Very helpful. Mine is supposed to deliver Friday so hopefully get them swapped out right away.
  10. It hasn’t arrived yet so don’t know for sure what’s coming. It is an OEM Benelli field stock. On the MGW website I ordered from, it says you need the purchase the sling plate as well so I was confused. All the videos I’ve watched are simple twist off twist in install. I guess I’ll just have to wait and see what shows up. https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/81041
  11. I just purchased a M4 field stock from MGW and they state I also needed a new swivel plate as well. Do I need to remove all of the parts from the inside of existing PG stock and reinstall in the field stock, or does this sling plate just slide into the slot and you twist the stock on the receiver? Looks like several washers, bolt, nut etc inside the stock
  12. Very nice. I’m thinking I should get mine done. What was the price for his service?
  13. I put an A and S on mine. I wanted it for a 922r part, and it’s sweet.
  14. I use the pic rail IWC mount with a Streamlight tlr rm2. Great set up for hd. Easy on and off off.
  15. Looks like an A&S trigger housing might be in the cards if the plastic one bothers you. They are very nice.
  16. I decided to pick up an A&S trigger guard so I no longer need these for a 922r part. Here is a thread I started after I got them installed with pics of the fit. They have 1 range trip on them looking to get $55 shipped. I can accept discreet PayPal or preferable money order.
  17. Yea, lithium’s only in everything for me.
  18. I think this is the route I’ll go vs the RMR or SRO. ive got a comp m5 on my AR so would probably stick with that one. I like AAA batteries.
  19. Those are pretty sad. I have a set that although have a bend to them, they at least are straight when installed. I had to file quite a bit off the receiver end of mine to get them to fit right.
  20. I use the Federal Flight control 00 and 000 buckshot through a Trulock flush cylinder choke. Very tight fist size at 10yds and 8-10” sized at 25yds. slugs I have everything from full power brenneke, federal, Winchester, and Remington. Also have a huge stash of lower recoil federal truball, deep penetrator, and some labeled as LE hydra shock. all shoot great out of the cylinder choke.
  21. I’ve been shooting shotguns since I was legally old enough to hunt. Maybe I’m not tactical enough, or I’m doing things wrong, but I’ve never felt the need to have a soda can for a charging handle on any of my semi autos. All the more reason to stick to the stock one in my M4.
  22. Yea, they were all smiles. I’ll eventually get another one. I think I liked the way the LTT shouldered/swung better, but I couldn’t bring myself to let the M4 go as I’ve always wanted one.
  23. You just need to go and shoulder a bunch and figure out what feels best to you. I just have grown to like the 24-26” lengths now.
