Damn. Too bad.

Really wish Benelli would release the handguard they advertise on their M4 T-Pro. I don't see any screws so I imagine it installs the same way as the OEM forend.
-
Just pulled up the info on their site. Doesn't appear to have any installation instructions. https://www.midwestindustriesinc.com/product-p/mi-benm4-hg.htm Compatible with Benelli M4 and clones M-LOK® compatible Constructed from Type 3 Hard Coat Anodized 6061 Aluminum for a lifetime of service 5-slot polymer M-LOK® rail included Fully dehorned and deburred 12” overall length 8.7 oz installed weight 100% Made in the USA with a lifetime warranty

Looks like it's only available in Italy. There's been a version of this posted before, just not those rails.

+1 for esstac but may have to give vang comp a try

Great review. I did not think to check it under nods since I don't primarily run with them. Overall I agree with you, the P2 is not better than the T2. The marginal weight savings of 1.3oz and slightly smaller size may not be worth it to some.
-
No threadlocker. Torqued to 26in/lbs per the manual.
-
P2 held up after 150 slugs and 200 rounds of birdshot. No issues keeping zero and no evidence of shifting on the ADM mount. Window is smaller than the T2 but I had no problems finding the dot. Shouldering the weapon, the dot was always there. I also shoot with both eyes open. I feel comfortable having it replace the T2.
-
Looks and feels good. Feels like it sits at about the same height as my t2 on an adm low mount. Will have to take it to the range next week to see how she holds up.
-
The covers look nice. Aimpoint advertises it but doesn't sell it right now.
-
Interesting. It didn't seem that hard to pick up compared to a t2 but that's just from shouldering it at the house. I'm still waiting on my acro adm low mount but I did get an adapter plate for my t2 mount to get a feel for it. Once the adm mount gets in, I'll take her to the range to test Just a tad high for me with a t2 mount and acro adapter plate.
-
Any range reports from this setup? I was able to score another P-2 and I think she might replace the T-2 on my M4.

Anything KAC is inflated right now due to influencers like Garand Thumb. I sold a KAC battery cap for $200. I was finally able to score an 11.5 SR-15 upper at MSRP a couple of weeks ago... now to find the illusive 14.5 and not pay over $1800.

Nature is healing... and people are paying a premium on gas haha

The Scar was a SOCOM contract and I've never heard of a mis-matched color requirement so I don't think that's true unless you have a source? Many of us in the fde game understand it's almost impossible to get the same shade of fde on a single build. Especially with anodized parts.. I've got 2 tan badger mounts but they are not the same color (one is more coyote brown).
-
Yeah, Rooftop. I currently have the Badger C1 mount but can't find an acro plate for the J arm anywhere. I am also intrigued by the Scalarworks kick mounts. If they ever comeback in stock, I may give it a try. Really tiny. I was actually surprised. May even consider putting it at the 12 o clock as a top mount. Wasn't an option before I actually saw how small it is.
-
Size comparison of the P2 and T2. Sorry, no mount for the P2. Plan to make her an offset rds for one of my rifles.
-
Speak of the devil.. scored a P2 along with an 11.5 SR15 upper from the rooftopdefense drop last night. Where did you get the MOS plate for the acro from? That KAC battery cap is nice but they are going for $150+. I don't think it's even worth the $40 it retails for. Ended up parting with mine.
-
very nice. I heard aimpoint was close to fulfilling the initial batch gov contract on these and we should start seeing more in the wild. Looking to add one as an offset RDS.
-
You should have gotten tracking number through PayPal.

Mine has been stuck in San Francisco

I am also wondering this. I just re-qual'd on the M1014 about 3 months ago. Haven't heard anything about the 1301 coming to us.

I'm in for one. Thanks man. Hope it gets here quick!
