Haha I'm in the same boat. I ended up selling both my Reins in preparation for the 2.0s. They did mention an upgrade promo for rein 1s. The video kind of explains the whole candela/lumen reason.

I had experienced the same thing with the SYNC 02 I used to own. Wasn't too concerned with it. I have since gone back to using the OEM rail with an ADM low mount.

I know carrier comp uses grade 9 3AL-2.5V Ti which is above commercial grade. Same stuff used in aircraft applications. Are you saying you think it flexes under recoil enough to affect accuracy and durability? Anyone with a CC tube experience this?

Most guys want to keep the weight down for quicker target maneuverability, not muscle endurance. That and the Benelli M4 is one of those guns you don't have to add a lot to it. She's already a beast.

Unfortunately it has a DPP footprint so it won't mount on the RMR Sync 01

I also recommend calling LE dealers to see if they can't hook you up. Very few asked me to verify my eligibility. Earlier this year I went to a LE dealer to purchase my 11715 model at MSRP. It took a lot of waiting but I refused to pay these insane prices building up a regular M4 to what the 11715 already had. They didn't ask for any LE/MIL verification either and they sold the 3 other 11715 models on gunsamerica.com.

I disagree with your disagreement. $599 for a $225 item isn't due to inflation. It's just straight price gouging lol.
