Shotgun Scabbard

Out of curiosity, what do you do with the weapon (or would you do with the weapon) if it were mounted to the vehicle and you needed to run into a convenience store or something to take a whiz, etc.?

Wonder why they didn't include a 'locking' device to hold the shotgun in the scabbard - doesn't seem like a big deal/expense to have a bit of peace of mind -

Must be some liability mumbo jumbo. In reality, the M4 fits in there VERY snug. You would be hard pressed to actually need anything for retention IMHO.
