  1. Because I have come up with a tool to help with the removal and installation of the battery cap without messing it up and need to find out how many people would be interested in it before I make a whole bunch.

  2. I tell you. The more I shoot this shotgun, the more I absolutely love it! There most certainly was a break-in period. However, now that I'm on the other side, I've come to appreciate just how smooth and reliable the ARGO system is. A thorough cleaning and generous lube really helps, especially right out of the box. I'm pretty much shooting any ammo I wish, as fast as I want. I can't remember the last time it failed to cycle correctly. Slugs are accurate as any smooth bore I've shot. I am so happy I got this shotgun. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

  4. I'm in the exact same situation. MA here, not CT, but we have the same restrictions. For semi-auto, MA residents we aren't permitted "assault weapons", which (for semiautomatic shotguns) by MA law is defined as: A semiautomatic shotgun that has at least 2 of--" (i) a folding or telescoping stock; (ii) a pistol grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the weapon; (iii) a fixed magazine capacity in excess of 5 rounds; and (iv) an ability to accept a detachable magazine.'“ I chose option iii. Now I need to procure a fixed, pistol-grip-less "field" stock. I don't want to hijack the thread, so I created a new thread searching for one. Just wanted to add to the conversation here about another states laws.

  5. Since Air resurrected this thread, and it was a question I had to research myself, I'll add a few youtube videos that I found incredibly helpful as a reference. Disassembly / reassembly of the M4 collapsible and fixed shotgun stocks: Quick 2 minute video showing how to swap from a fixed to collapsible stock: Secondary, timestamped start cleaning video showing a clearer removal of the trigger group / fire control group to facilitate stock replacement: I hope these help someone else struggling with or searching for this information!

  6. Yes tis a fully functional five position recoil tube prototype that has been in design development for many months. @StrangerDanger has previewed a ton of the pre-design work. You get: -14" length of pull, descending in 1/2" (12mm) increments -13.5" -13" (my most comfortable shoulder length) -12.5" -all the way compact

  7. I mounted my IWC sling/light mount with pic rail and Enforce light today. Very happy with the outcome. Tucks up against the barrel very nicely.
