bambihunter, I sent them back yesterday for a refund. Actually the viles are super small and do not look very bright. Keep an eye out on Botach site. They seem to put that older model on sale occasionally when they get stock. And should have a set in a few days.2 points

Thanks. I think I will just leave the OEM's. Now I can just hit my light if needed and front lights up. The OEM is brighter if charged than mepros. Got to quit spending on this already expensive tool at sometime. I did get the large 3x oem shaped charging handle that botach sells by KZ for $30. I like it.1 point

Only things left to do to mine are the trigger guard and possibly enlarged safety. Might do the trigger set springs and what not.1 point

A little trick when installing the safety - just put the detent and the spring down the hole without the safety button - this way you don’t have to fight the spring or have an extra hand when you drive in the pin (the spring will be well below the pin). Then start to put the safety button into its hole. Use a small screwdriver to push up on the detent, then push the button the rest of the way through.1 point

Yes it does. I use a transfer punch to tap it out due to its length. Most punches aren't long enough.1 point
