  1. I’m not sure what material is used on the Trex mount but it states that it is made by Arisaka for Trex if that helps.

  2. Yes you need a new recoil tube, you can buy an OEM 3 position, or perhaps wait a few weeks for the Benelli M4 6 position recoil tube I’ll be releasing soon! if swapping it out is too much for you to take on, I’m working with a guy here on this board that can help you out with that in the USA.

  3. Hi All, I will be launching my site hammy3dprints.com soon with over 200 3d-printed designs for firearm, magazine, and gear mounting primarily - right now it will ask for a password to access. I expect to launch it by mid-August 2022. For now you can see the tool on Etsy where I have sold many of them: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1214994926/battery-cap-tool-for-trijicon-sro Price is $10 each plus $4 flat shipping no matter the order size, so $14 for 1, $24 for 2, $34 for 3, etc. I believe Etsy charges tax, so add a few cents for that. There is a review from a customer here as well: This 3D printed tool allows removal and installation of the Trijicon SRO battery cap without scratching your expensive optic. The location of the screw head, and especially the flat shape of it, on the SRO leaves much to be desired. This tool greatly reduces the changes of scratching the optic body, and most importantly the glass. Since this tool is 3D printed it is also much more forgiving than metal on metal or metal on glass contact. The SRO battery cap tool is tapered near the middle to allow it to be perpendicular to the SRO, greatly easing the cap removal and installation. MATERIAL: 3D printed using PLA+ filament with 7 walls and 100% infill. WARRANTY: If this item breaks I will make any design adjustments, if needed, and send a replacement for free. Made in USA. Thank you for looking!

  4. When I have to leverage stuff, I go Arisaka only. 7075 is very critical here. https://arisakadefense.com/inline-scout-mount-m-lok/ I've seen 5.56 guns break 6061 one's. The pictures are now gone, but you get the idea. https://www.ar15.com/forums/AR-15/Maybe-ultralight-scout-mounts-aren-t-a-good-idea-/20-758035/?page=1&anc=bottom#bottom

  6. That's made to loop the sling though. We assume you want to be able to detach it easier, faster. So what hardware are you working with? What's at the end of your sling?

  8. @AIRB0RNE6176 You are correct, on a full length barrel and the MI rail you would need the extra 4" to get your light flush or close to flush with the muzzle. If you were still interested in the rail you could use a T.REX Lightbar Scout Mount which is 4.5" long. That would definitely get your light setup flush or as close to flush with the muzzle. https://www.trex-arms.com/store/Lightbar-Scout-Mount/
