    m4 side saddle

yes it will fit the M1super 90,,it doesn't really scratch the reciever,,,it leaves an impression after a while,,thats the best way to describe it,,the reason I took it off is for balancing and handling reasons,,,the best example would be the comparison of a stanard stock to a pistolgrip stock balancing and handling,, peace to you my Benelli brothers [ 03-30-2006, 02:33 PM: Message edited by: M1014 ]

    m4 side saddle

I used to be a fan of side saddles,,kinda still am,,,the bolt on kind are good if one doesn't torque the nut on tight,,which causes the reciever to bind then the action gets sluggish or worse,,theres a new stick on kind thats looks cool,,kinda like those,,
  3. LOL,,LOL,,LOL we be all in this together,my brother tucker301
  4. those rules don't apply to a gas gun,,,take out the trigger group and just spin the stock on an off,,

  8. maybe,, just maybe that side saddle is bolted on to tight,,,there are other manufactures that have some kind of stick on models,,,if you bought it used,,go with pdw4137 suggestions if you bought nib,,,then break it in with a 100 or so full power loads ,,,,and still go with what pdw4137 said,,,re read your manual too,,btw,,,what type of case do you have for your M1014??,,mine resides in a ADG double shotgun case with my Practical model [ 03-26-2006, 01:21 PM: Message edited by: M1014 ]

    M4 / M1014

they operate on the same type of gas system,,some barrels having two ports as opposed to the ones having four,,,the earlier models also having better quality control,,,,,,M1014s serialed #1-2500 having a fixed choke,,the later models having interchangeable chokes
  12. hey man,,theres a box with two letters in it among the proof marks,,then get a berretta catalog and you can decode them,,or post them and someone will help you.

  23. your right about the info on the program,,,I taped it a few years ago,,,when the M1014 just hit the streets,,about summer 2002,,the little man w/ glasses and a mustache introduces it by blasting it at Benelli"s own range,,I'll have to unearth the tape and watch it again for a review
  24. with Benelli,,the #s on the barrel and reciever don't match,,if the gun is NIB,,or brand new,,the #s will match the box and its shipping decals,,,heres a tip on the year they where made,,,,with all of the proof marks theres a little box with two letters in it,,those two letters tell you what year the barrel and reciever where made,,,then you come back to this forum with the two letters and some one here will tell you the year,,,,of course on a new or NIB they would match,,seeya M1014
