  1. I would think these would fit but give Benelli a call or www.imsightlights.com, they are Benellis source for OEM Lights but i am sure there are a couple other manufacturers and someone will post then i am sure? This light is from the Benelli page! Any Benelli dealer should be able to answer/order one for ya!
  2. Benelli C/S told me that non comfort tech stocks "SBE1" do not have this adjustment and thats probably a good reason your manual does not talk about it:) use German Torque on the nut
  3. http://www.larryssg.com/larrys%20clay%20targets%20page.html
  4. Just try a bigger socket or bigger hammer:), Brownells says the stock magazine part #'s were N/A and probably need to cal 1-301-283-6981 for availability?
  5. Try some 3.5" Turkey rounds, about 2 or 3 boxes and see if that changes anything? Mine has not missed a lick since i broke it in i have had no problems with the lighter loads you mentioned, guess i was lucky? I would suggest a nice O/U for range anyway much more practical application. My range will only allow one shell in shotgun at a time unless you are shooting doubles, Trap also only 1 shell which makes for tired wrists after 4 or 5 rounds! O/U will allow you to have different chokes for different shots if you desire.
  6. So sorry to hear of your issues, try these options http://www.benelliusa.com/customer-service/troubleshooting.tpl

    barrel jump

Hey no disrespect intended in earlier post, good luck with your SBEII and give the Hornaday SST's a shot, they are worth the $$$. http://www.nrapublications.org/TAH/Slugs.asp The light shotgun is the monster along with the inertia system but Scott could correct me here if i am too acidic or maybe he could do it after his cylce is over:rolleyes: How is the SBEII causing problems on the freehand shots, recoil? If porting is that cheap go for it i am sure it could improve it and have no idea how much improvement you will get but i guess any would help!

    barrel jump

2" groups at 100yds will put steak on the table, Hornaday has a thumper in its lineup that supposed to be accurate out pass 100 yds. Porting is above 150.00 bucks and for what it does i would just use a ported tube and the limbsaver. kinda hard to keep a light shotgun from jumping with those thumpers in it no matter which one ya shoot. Seems to me i would be happy with a 2" pattern at 100 Yds, Hornadays would probably get ya out a bit further with more accuracy and yes it will kick like a mule but how many rounds ya need to get on paper and vitals 5 to 10?

So your patterns were how big? For a seasoned shotgunner you should have had knowledge of the recoil of a Inertia shotgun unless you believed all those commercials? So what kinda slug barell ya talking about for the SBE II? Lotta people on the Turkey forum have some good info on optics on SBEII's? I feel porting it will not help but would it be worth the extra money? Is this a rifled slug barell or smooth and what kinda scope have ya put on it? People have a hard time helping without all the INFO! ? http://www.winchester.com/products/newitems/whatsnewcontent.aspx?productid=52 ?
  10. Does it have cast shims? or drop shims?
  11. If your reciever is not pre-tapped ya will have to go to a side saddle mount cause? Benelli would be the only person i would let drill on that nice a shoutgun! I think they will do it at a reasonable price? call C/S if it's not allready drilled!!
  12. FAQ page says 93A Weaver http://glarp.atk.com/2007/2007_Catalogs/WeaverCatalog.pdf
  13. http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7817 they have been American made and FS since around Nov of 06 and info is on this link! Lotta happy customers!

  15. One poster a while back mentioned he would manually cylce boxes of shells just to work the action and loosen it up but you sound like you might need to return to sender or local gunsmith, probably not a lot wrong with it but Benelli would be second option! just reinstall regular mag back on it and get an ra# but call them and see what they suggest!
  16. Sorry you feel insulted but your post appeared to start smelling like cheese after the 3rd paragraph! You are not the first person that has refused to send your shotgun in to get fixed and probably will not be the last so if you can live with your problem like you obviously have been, more power to ya and sorry my post felt insulting to ya. I just feel you are putting off something you should have done say 400 rounds ago? Guns malfunction and require Gunsmiths to repair them, sorry you can't afford the repair even though it's warranty work.
  17. BTW XOXOX!! The ammo being used is at Min range to cycle in this shotgun as long as no mods have been done to it, and choice of ammo according to Benelli is find one that cycles and do not use ones that will not cycle. The main problems with this malfunction is bolt being hit and not knowing it, or bad ammo other than that it needs Benelli's attention and i would sell the other case of ammo and shoot a couple boxes of Heaviest ammo the gun could take and then shoot some lighter loads say Federals or Winchesters and only do this after gun came home from Benelli.!! also sounds like it needs properly cleaned, oiled & lubed:D
  18. Sounds like you need an RA # and let Benelli fix you up and stop crying, guns malfunction and keeping one that malfunctions is about as bad as crying about it!! I have heard lots of great CS repair issues but i have also heard a lot of your type, will do anything but the rite thing!! Any special reason for not sending it in other than the ones above?
  19. Probably for another year!! Yall did get an A- for Gun Control Laws and good luck while your there trying to stay legal with them!!
  20. To start with it never function checked, which would tell me that i should need to do something besides shooting it in the first place!! Manual says needs to be cleaned after function check and that is where i would probably start with as far as troubleshooting! Manual i speak of is the Marine Manual that i am sure will have better data than what came with the gun! Why would ya shoot a gun you known has a function problem:eek:

  22. close ! http://www.colonialarms.com/pdf-files/page7.pdf you can have two identical chokes as in manufacturers & constrictions and pattern them in the same shotgun and will have different patterns. this has to do with the machining of the choke and it being concentric.
  23. ya gotta watch old fellows they will sandbag ya until the $$$ hits the can and then you will have worn out your welcome!! just kidding i think brownells has a shell catcher and i know sportmans warehouse sells them!! http://www.brownells.com/aspx/ns/store/ProductDetail.aspx?p=23143&title=SAVE-IT+SHELL+CATCHER not too many out their!!!

    Benelli Parts

Benelli has a Limited 5 year warranty on all Benelli Shotguns and as far as Benellie Accesories i am sure they would have to be included into 5 year equation somehow! So you have time change data for critical parts that require R&R prior to scheduled breakage? Is this like a GE Dishwasher ya know what month and day it will quit?
  25. SBEII mag ext never came in cammo but you can get it dipped for MORE $$$!!
