  1. pdw4137 If I could ask you please save all of us the time and keystrokes and post links disproving all the disinformation about O'Bama. I'm sure many would like to click and see. I have received many emails also, and as you say you can't believe the written word and since most of us here don't personally know you how could we take your word for it. I know you are entitled to your opinion, as is anyone. At this point I don't have a clue who I'm voting for but I do know who I'm not.
  2. I am in agreement with all the above. It seems the US is up the creek without a paddle. Do you think it is possible for the ballot to have a box for None of the Above? It is truly sad for the US. Watching the evening news is a good way to loose your dinner.
  3. As I said. Try the search feature. Plenty of reading. With my typing skills I could be here a long time trying to explain what is already here. Heres a link I did for you or In the search window type 922r http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/search.php?searchid=138435
  4. Yes. They are a L.E. only item now through a Benelli dealer mainly thanks to our friends at the ATF. You must be new to the M4. Use the search feature on this forum and you will find it discussed here many times.
  5. To the best of my knowledge it will fit. Since the collapsible stock is only available from Benelli to L.E. and that is the model you have I can't believe it wouldn't. Once you get the stock spun off look fot the slots milled into the action tube. If they are there it will fit. I have the 11707 model.
  6. Nothing else to loosen. Just put a little more muscle on the stock turning counter clockwise while holding the receiver. It will turn and once you get it off you'll be going, Duh. If you still can't get it I'll try to post a pic later today. Some stocks are fit pretty tight.
  7. cosmetics? The Monte is a one piece receiver. The Legacy is like the SBE, Cordoba, Super Sport. The receiver is part of the barrel. Basically an upper and lower two piece receiver. Much easier to clean and take down. Both are fine guns. Both are different designs. The Legacy has a more open trigger guard. More like a SBE II. In theory the Legacy should have higher grade wood but that is in the eye of the beholder. Thats a few differences off the top.
  8. Heres the link for you http://www.benelli.it/Articoli/Download.asp?Type=UM
  9. If your interested in a limited edition, my dealer has a used as new SBE II Pacific Flyway. Heres the link. Just click the pics. http://www.jaquas.com/gunlist/Details.asp?StockNumber=110806&Category=&Caliber=#
  10. I noticed on the Benelli website, many of the World Class guns list this statement: "Minimum recommended load, use 3-dram, 1 1/8 oz. loads in all Benelli 12-ga semi-auto shotguns. Specifications subject to change without notice." That is the minimum load requirement for all 12 ga. Nellies, not just the Raffaello. I believe if you check the specification tabs for all models you will see it in the fine print. Finding a dealer with one may take a little patience and a lot of searching. Have you checked Guns America or Gun Broker? Good luck in your search.
  11. My dealer has a few different kinds of Benelli stocks including a new complete set of wood. Maybe not the cheapest place around but they have it. http://www.jaquas.com/gunlist/NewArrivals.asp Click on the flashing Gun Accessories tab and you'll see all their stocks listed first.
  12. Here is the link from a short time ago on your ? http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14252
  13. Sorry, no 20ga Black Eagles were made. Gun Broker, Guns America, and Auction Arms are good online places to look for older Benelli's. http://www.gunbroker.com/ http://www.gunsamerica.com/ http://www.auctionarms.com/

  15. Congrats on your new M4. I know you'll love it and welcome to the forum.
  16. Heres a pic illustration of my 20ga. The 12ga. is made the same. I think you'll see what I mean.
  17. As HogWild said they are noted for typo's and calling GPC may not get you the correct answer either. Ever call them? They are made by Daves Metal Works. Call them. There website doesn't list what models they fit. http://www.davesmetalworks.com/ben.html Of course anyone is free to try. I don't know how one could get a 12 or 20 ga. shell throught the 1/4" hole in the barrel lug retaining ring without major modifications to the barrel and mag tube, but maybe I'm missing something.
  18. Sorry but the SuperSport, Sport II or Cordoba will not accept any magazine extention. Its not possible. Notice the small ring on the barrel mounting lug. Hogwilds link is not for that model.
  19. Heres a thread on that subject from the SGW forum. http://www.shotgunworld.com/bbs/viewtopic.php?t=90577&start=0

Sadly my good friend didn't make it and passed away last night from the nasty virus. Although he was 72, he was in good health until he contracted the virus. He will be missed by many. He was a fine man and an excellent sportsman. As the point of this thread is about protection from West Nile I say again Protect yourself!! Stay Safe!
  22. No. They are steel. Non removeable.
  23. Welcome to the forum. Without knowing what model Nova you bought or your intended purposes for your Nova (hunting, tactical, etc.) the only thing I can tell you is a barrel will cost you nearly what you paid for the complete gun. Any other accessories depends on what your into. I like the TruGlo front beads and I use a Quake Industries sling and swivels. Heres the link. Enjoy your new Nellie. http://www.quakeinc.com/slinga5.html
  24. +1 on what Tucker said. Seems to me your question is 3.5" or not. At one time I was in the same boat. I went SBE II and have never looked back. I don't shoot alot of 3.5ers either but if need be, I can. One other note in my opinion on swing, the receiver on the SBE II is slightly longer than the M2, so to me the M2 feels shorter and swings faster. Although very similar I prefer the longer feeling SBE II. I would definately try shouldering both first if you can. They are both excellent guns and will serve your purposes well. I believe the newer SBE II slug barrels are D & T for a scope mount. If you get one save yourself a headache and make sure it is factory D & T. If not, its not an easy task as the SBE receivers are extremely hard.
