The front sling attachment is able to rotate you need snap ring pliers to be able to rotate it, the rear sling plate in the stock does not adjust .

Carriercomp makes a rail for the m4 better than the Benelli m4 rail , it might fit on the SNT , carriercomp.com

That rail is the standard Benelli that comes on the Supernova tactical model only .
