Hi Jackalope, You'll probably be happier getting any optics you put on the M4 mounted as low as possible. I think I'm finally close to ordering a Trijicon RMR once the Urbino stock with the riser comes out. http://www.trijicon.com/user/parts/parts_new.cfm?categoryID=13 Take Care, Hookster

Looks great Jackalope! Are you happy with it? You might want to rotate your front sling attachment 90 degrees so the sling won't get in the way of your TLR-1 or you could use a rail mounted sling attachment on the KZ side rail behind the light. Later, Hookster

Hi LTJ, Yes that should work for you. I don't know what Brownells is asking for them but Numrich (who have a good supply of M3 parts) has the M1/M3 stock for $182 here: http://gunpartscorp.com/catalog/Detail.aspx?pid=742070&catid=10312 It doesn't list it as a PG stock so I assume they are refering to the field stock. Here's a M1/M3 Field stock on Gunbroker, it's currently at $20 http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=173955890 Later, Hookster

Hey Lt James, Welcome to the forum The M1 and M3 stocks will interchange but the others do not. I don't have the part number but I'll try to get it for you later this evening. The field stocks show up both here on the forum and Gunbroker on a fairly regular basis. Later, Hookster

Here's a pic of my KZ mounted without the top rail In my opinion, the forend was just as secure like this as it is with the top rail in place. Forum member panabax cut off and machined away much of his KZ and used it without the top rail. The B&T mounts to the barrel but the KZ does not. It is secured the same way the standard OEM forearm grips are and I would consider those rock solid. Later, Hookster

I will pay any amount for any product that will make me more like Skeeter I guess that means that I will be needing it in pink Hoooooooooooooooooooookster

Hey Jackalope, I haven't used a B&T. I have both a Surefire M80 and a KZ. I was wanting a US made forend for 922r compliance. The B&T is Swiss made. I use the M80 in conjunction with my Sidearmor rail. When the Mesa Urbino comes out though I plan to use it as my third US made compliance part and replace the M80 with the OEM grips which will save weight as well as being more comfortable and I don't need the rails on the forend since I mount my light/swich/forward swivel to the Sidearmor. Here's a couple pics, M80: KZ: Later, Hookster

Hey Jackalope, The forend portion of the KZ rail is very secure and the rail section does not need to be in place. It's held in place in the same way as the stock OEM grip. I believe forum member zee10103 cut his rail section so he could use a Mesa saddle with a KZ. I believe he has pics posted on his member profile album. Hey Taylaboy, I'm waiting for Kips handle....Not really interested in any others unless it was one of the Design Concepts handles which aren't made anymore. When I do go to the larger handle I'll be putting on a GG&G release pad too Later, Hookster

Here's some reviews I did of the KZ and the Surefire M80 M80: http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19942&highlight=KZ+review KZ (pics start on page 3) http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=19590&highlight=KZ+review You might want to look at the Carriercomp full length titanium tube, the GG&G Bolt release and Carriercomp's soon (hopefully) to be released bolt handle.
