  1. You forgot the "YEAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!"
  2. Everyone please form a single file line to receive your warm fuzzies from Uno! H:D:pKster
  3. I like you Uno....You tell it like it is! I was trying to be a bit more diplomatic
  4. Hi John, I'm sure something could be found but I don't see a set up like that being very practical. I'd want to keep my red dot mounted as low as possible where you could still get some kind of cheek weld. The new Mesa Urbino will offer a riser model or you could get a strap-on type riser if you really want to go that route. I'd think with the speed of a dot sight you wouldn't really find any reason to use the irons. Good luck on your quest Hookster
  5. My GF is a veterinarian, She could probably remove your grenade launcher from the dogs intestinal tract.
  6. Yea!!!!!! Skeeter's going to pay for Obama's Health Care Plan, the BP Oil leak!!!! and Oh Yeah! I think Europe might need a bail out
  7. Hey Kip, Yeah! I definitely like the oak tan. I like that classic look with the wood stocked M14! Later, Hookster
  8. Go on Skeeter get it all out.......
  9. Hi Kip, Thanks for the recomendation on the JHW. I'd checked out their site but didn't realize that there was such a difference quality wise. I had checked out the Les Tam slings too but didn't feel like waiting for 5 months for a sling. I'll see how the Turner is length wise etc. (Turner had advised me 52" would be fine for me on an M1A, I'm about 5'10"/160 Lbs) then order a JHW so it'll be here ready to go when the Turner stretches out. Later, Hookster
  10. Hey Taylaboy, I've got a leather National Match sling on the way from Turner Saddlery http://prostores3.megawebservers.com/turnersling_com/-strse-10/National-Match-Service-Rifle/Detail.bok Also, These cheek risers have been getting a lot of good feedback at M14TFL http://tnvc.com/items/weapon_accessories/tnvc_rsp.html They will be coming out with multiple colors and versions soon including one without the mag pocket. I like the flap with the clear widow for keeping ballistic data cards etc Later, Hookster
  11. I know.....I got over 1911s long ago. I had a few..... I don't have them anymore! Glocks and XDs now! I prefer 100% bang too!

  13. If there are, I'm sure Unobtanium will be happy to answer them....
  14. Hey Tinman! Sounds like you've got a real sweet shooter there! That is strange that your POI would drop 4 moa from the mods but it sounds like all is well after dialing in your irons. I didn't make it to the range this last weekend but things are looking good for next Saturday. I'm anxious to see the results from the mods I've made. I'll post results soon. Take Care, Hookster
  15. Whatever the reason waiting sucks! Just tell them "Waiting period!!!!!...But I'm Mad Now!!!!" Look at the bright side Skeeter This will give you time to get your M14 project going!
  16. I guess if your going to "cling to your guns" He'd prefer that they not be full auto

  20. There is a little square box stamped in the receiver near the trigger guard with two letters stamped in it. What are the two letters? This will tell you the year of manufacture.
