  1. This is the only thing I have seen where the Nova has more options than the SuperNova...
  2. I am 100% sure that they are. There are only minor differences between the two, with the SuperNova offering more options down the line and a few extras right off the bat. I have actually run into this same problem. I mounted a B-Square Saddle Mount to my SuperNova that was listed for a Nova on Cabelas so YES they have the same pin placement. Here is the link to the B-Square Saddle Mount so you can see what I mean: http://www.cabelas.com/p-0006213710172a.shtml Trapshooter1 actually recommended this to me and I was nervous at first because it was listed for the Nova but I took his advice and he was dead on.
  3. I know that I already recommended Quaker Boy for your Calls but I would like to go further on this topic. Their #1 goal is to Satisfy their customers, I had a deer call break on me this morning and I called them up and they sent me the best deer call they have at no charge!!!! I am talking about a call that is twice as expensive as the one that I had!!!!!!! I could not believe how GREAT their Customer Service was. You really can't go wrong, if you don't like the call you get from them they will literally do anything to make you happy! I will never buy a call from another company unless Quaker Boy does not make the call that I am looking for.....like a bear cub distress call or something like that...(Anyone from Quaker Boy who may see this just think about it...hahah:D) Anyways Good Luck in your search for the Best Turkey Call you can find! Tyson
  4. Check out Quaker Boy for calls. I have enjoyed almost every product that I have got from them. They don't advertise that much but you will find them in just about every hunting store. Are you looking for a box, diaphram, or friction call?
  5. I would reccomend the 2-3/4" on deer. There is a minor difference in felt recoil between the two, the 2-3/4" being slightly less, but I did notice that it shot slightly higher than the 3". You are going to have fun shooting them out of the M4. You may want to shoot them out of an IC choke instead of the M but that is my opinion. Happy Hunting!
  6. Poor Girl...Oh well out with the old and in with the Best!
  7. Thank you for your contribution! You are one of the few who actually test and post instead of just posting BS (Not that it is all BS, so no one get heated please). The Pattern is really nice for a 40 yard shot with a mod choke! Bird coming in HOT! Dead Bird! Great job and thanks again! I would love to see this out of a Carlson's Extended Steel Shot Choke, in any of the 3 variations...for this distance the .695 would probably be great considering that it is the constriction of a full choke! I can't wait to get my .695 for those long range geese and high flyers! Many Thanks!

Nice! Didn't know they made a Y2K model(jk) ....Shows you were not worried about the crash. Hahaha
  9. HAHAHA! Nothing Like Remington Country!!! Die Hards since their Grand Pappys
  10. Wish I cold see what you are talking about brandonk13. I sent you a PM to see if we could get this up and working correctly. Thanks
  11. I have not tried the Truballs yet but have heard they are great from Trapshooter1, who does do a lot (A real lot) of shooting, so I would def be confident in the field with them after a few preliminary tests to see how they shot out of my SuperNova. As far as the Sluggers go I have nothing to say. Its worth a try out of your gun, who knows maybe it will perform the best for you. There just is nothing about it that stands out to me and says "Hey I am a Great Slug"....But that is what pattern tests are for Good luck- And Thanks ishootkittens!
  12. This is crazy! I can't believe he was able to spam this forum multiple times in one week! Did you suspend his account for 3 days instead of permanent? Take his IP and reject it from all future attempts to register and Spam! PLLLLEEEEEAAAAASSSEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. You hit that nail on the head Chad. Too bad that is how it really is around here. Still I feel comfortable on this Forum, until the SnEaKeR SPamMeRs ATTACK!!!!!
  14. P.S.- When does the fingerprinting start for buying ammo in CA mudhen?
  15. Doing your own homework is something I have always encouraged. I am glad that you have found a shotshell that performs great out of your gun(s). I would love to see a pattern test if you get a chance, say 40 yards so that we can all benefit from your tests. Thanks in advance if you do decide to contribute. Until then, Rock On with your Hevi-Metal Happy Hunting!
  16. mlschiestel, You should look into rifled chokes if there are any concerns. Happy Hunting!
  17. rifled (foster) slugs if you are being funny. Still Brenneke Black Magics...IMO
  18. It tastes like Game Management...Just a little Gamey.
  19. And No mudhen there is nothing else. I'm not the one in need of advice. You know what the difference between a wise man and a fool? A wise man can learn from the fool. Sorry if I took up any of you valuable time....
  20. I am glad you tried it and enjoyed the results. It really is a great shotshell that is inexpensive. Black Cloud is Expensive, I believe it is about $1 a shot which at the end of a good waterfowl day can really add up! Happy Hunting!
  21. Man that sucks, you must have gotten a bad run of them. I have never encountered any one of those problems and I have shot well over a thousand rounds through various guns, mostly Benelli but some Remingtons as well. Sorry that you had such bad luck with them. I have found them to be a great shotshell. I am in no way saying that they are the best..because they are not. But for the money and the results I have been very pleased. Thanks for your feedback, very interesting to hear about the poor performance. Many Thanks, Tyson
  22. I could not agree more...why go all the way and stop short with your weapon...you know the one that is about a yard long! That Gun could be hot pink and you could kill a Turkey but with Camo you will kill even the most educated ones...Not the yearlings unless that is what you are into. Go Camo because like they say "if a Turkey could smell like a deer they would be impossible to hunt". That should be a clue that their other senses are unbelievable! Good luck with your choice! Can't Wait to Welcome you to the Benelli Family!
  23. Really? I love the Max-4 in every hunting situation I have used it in. Yellow..I guess I could see that, but can they?
