  1. Get here Black Magics in 3" or 2-3/4". They perform great in both rifled and smooth bore barrels. You should find them for around $8 a box for 5, but the 3" are 600 gr. I agree with the above post, get some 00 or 000 buckshot for HD. You can't go wrong with that, but the Black Magics are so accurate I would feel comfortable in a hostage situation, 10-30 foot head shots with ease. By the way why does she need a few hundred rounds of HD slugs? I think a few boxes will be more than enough. Tell her to stagger her rounds, slug than buckshot than slug and so on. Hope you don't need to use them. Good Luck....
  2. Do you guys like what you see? Probably would have got responses if it was done with a shotgun, but you need a bullet traveling at extremely high velocity to get the explosion...Or at least a good one, not to mention be out of range of shrapnel!
  3. I agree 100% with both of your posts. Some here may disagree but factory mod choke is great and so is Kent FastSteel. Good Recommendations!
  4. Sorry it took a while to find the footage. Here it is, hope you all are really careful when using this stuff! Hope you enjoy, sorry about the shaky camera and the water video where the camera is turned...Water went too high and I tried to get the whole thing on film....Didn't work so hot..... 5. Yeah an IC is fine. But why were you off my a foot? How far were you shooting? An IC will not get you 10 to 11 inch tighter groups. Maybe you are still getting use to your gun....Shoulder that bad boy nice and tight, keep you eye on the prize, and squeeze nice and smooth (no flinching:p). A little tip for you is to take a deep breath, and than breath it 1/2 way out, hold it than shoot. Good Luck!

    Gun Dip

Digital Camo would be really cool, the only thing is that I did not see it as an option on the website. It was not under Camo patterns, is it under something else? Whichever one you choose you need to Post some pics....A Carbon Fiber finish would look Mean too! That would be Hot!!!!
  7. Agreed, but all of the before mentioned chokes are very nice, when paired with the right gun and ammo. Remember that even though you may have the same gun, it can perform differently with identical setups. They are all a little different, kinda like fingerprints. Good Luck!
  8. This is true as long as the function of the gun is normal. But where there was a clicking It raised a question of abnormal mechanical performance. As long as the shell elevator drops on draw back of the pump which ejects the spent shell then there is no problem. The clicking could mean that the shell elevator has locked into position which would cause the next round to not be carried into the chamber (Thus dumping it onto the ground or floor). This problem has happened to a few people who posted this same problem on this Forum in the past few months, and a problem that I had when I first got my SuperNova, which I fixed. Only trying to help. Tyson
  9. Get yourself some Remington Nitro Mag #4 and you should be good to go. You can always go with game loads for rabbits and other small game, I personally like the Nitro Mags in all the sizes. I would run some 3.5" through your gun, don't be worried, you will get some more pellets out of the deal, but you can kill with 2-3/4" as well without breaking a sweat. Happy Hunting!
  10. Correct, but where there was a clicking I thought I should mention what may be going on. If it all works correctly than it is fine. Good Luck to the SuperNova Owner! Cheers
  11. It shouldn't cost you anything if they sold you a broken gun. I don't understand how a shell can load into the chamber with the shell elevator in the upward position. It needs to be down so that when you pump your shotgun the elevator will raise your next round into the chamber. If you are not having any of these issues you should be fine, but You should make them fix it or give you a new gun that does not have that problem. You will be much happier in the long run, because chances are the issue will get worse. Good Luck!

Nothing like the start of a Marxist Socialist Society. Take from the rich and give to the poor bull **** doesn't work. Why are the rich going to keep working their asses off if it all goes to the people who do nothing? It is also the reason that the people who have lived under such leaderships are warning Americans to "Wake Up America....!" God Bless the USA but screw the loser who is running it.
  13. Thanks for the Pics Mudhen. Great view from where you are! Happy Hunting!

Intelligent...? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! That is the biggest pile of dog crap I have ever heard. Tell me ONE "Intelligent" Thing he has done while in office. Guess you can Google the facts on this one.
  16. Does it have any problems shooting that third round? I am having a hard time understanding your problem. I understand that it gets hung up on a "prong" but than it seems to load in properly with a "push" which makes the prong retract. You say this happens with the Black Cloud ammo? Do the 3.5" Black Clouds have a high brass head? If so that may be causing the problem. First I would try a different ammo and second if that does not work I would have a gunsmith or knowledgeable person look at it. May just need some good cleaning, a little lube, and you may be good to go. Good Luck! Happy Hunting!
  17. By the way the "Up Position" is NOT normal.
  18. That is what I thought the problem was. Call up customer service or actually bring it back to the gun store where you bought it. From your first quote when you said the shell elevator stayed up and there was a clicking I was 99% positive that the issue I explained was what was going on. You need those 3 parts. You have 3 Options: 1. See if CS will send them to you if you are comfortable with the trigger assembly (And doing the work yourself). 2. Send it to CS to be fixed (Like 8 week wait:mad:) 3. What I recommend is to bring it back to the dealer and get a brand new one. The shell elevator should never remain up. You should not have to manipulate your gun for it to work properly, they sold you a lemon. It has been a common problem on here. Good Luck Bro. Let us know how it works out. Tyson
  19. That is really bad to hear ArtL, They are moving up from you to us here in Maine really fast. 10 years ago we never worried about ticks here in Central Maine, but now they are everywhere! I will have to pick some Tick Killer up as well, let me know how that stuff works on these Northern Ticks! Thanks in Advance!

Oh wait now that I talk down about Obama that makes me a racist...

Yeah He also went to Japan to Apologize for the 2 Bombs dropped there! Those two bombs have saved more lives than is imaginable. Since the time of history the increase in death due to war has steadily risen yearly, millions of lives have been lost due to war and since than the increase has dropped off right into a decline and is now down to a trickle of deaths a year due to war. He has no respect and I can't Believe his public display of it. I can't believe he is our President!
  23. Actually you may have a minor problem on your hands, if you notice that the lever remains up after loading and you go to chamber a round, if the shell elevator is still in the up position you will put a round on the floor. A temp fix is to half pump it with hard force before loading the shell, this will cause the shell elevator to come back down, allowing for normal function. I am about to do a full demo on fixing this issue for SuperNova owners as it appears to be a common problem. Hopefully this is not the problem you are having but from your post that is what it sounds like. If this is the case you need to get the spare parts list for the SuperNova, get familiarized with your Trigger Assembly, and order 2-3 parts(019N, 221N, 021N) for replacement. If this is the issue this is what is happening in the Trigger Assembly: 221N should stay on the shoulder of 019N but when the door moves upward 221N slips by 019N causing a clicking sound, losing the ability to return the door to it's down (Correct) position. I hope you don't have this problem, field test it and get back to us. Good Luck!
  24. He already had the SBE and he probably has the SuperNova, what did you expect for a recommendation...come on. Didn't sound like there was any interest in doing custom work himself and was looking for the best Turkey Gun....Maybe not the best Turkey Gun, but I would take it in a heartbeat.
  25. Thanks that is the most help you have ever given me! Good job! I think you would make a better English Teacher than a Gunsmith or a Hunter...But hey your probably known around the World for your work...And Turkey Hunting.
