In a dramatic ruling giving gun owners a win in an National Rifle Association/California Rifle and Pistol (CRPA) Foundation lawsuit, this morning Fresno Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Hamilton ruled that AB 962, the hotly contested statute that would have banned mail order ammunition sales and required all purchases of so called "handgun ammunition" to be registered, was unconstitutionally vague on its face. The Court enjoined enforcement of the statute, so mail order ammunition sales to California can continue unabated, and ammunition sales need not be registered under the law.
LOL, its about time we win one. I didnt think it would pass but I was still scared. I buy most of my ammo online

Mine also came in a plastic bag.
The buttpad seems to have some minor
scuffs from handling/packaging but no big deal.
Wonder why they weren't boxed.
My guess is they were take offs? maybe from a swat team that didnt like them or something?

Saw this at arfcom. This was an 18.5" shortened to 14" by King Armory.
No idea what he charges. If you find out, please post it. I'm told it isn't cheap, but cheaper than buying a barrel.

I was just telling another guy to find someone with a M1014 and swap plus a few bucks. CA law does not allow folding/colapsing stocks on auto loaders. so I am sure someone will want it?

Doing a little experimenting/project, if you have an old stock, handguard or fake 2 shot extension or ?

I have stock and hand gaurd Kip already has the fake extension. Not sure I want to get rid of them but maybe if your project intrests me enough. whatcha doing?

long guns must be carried unloaded, no shells in the tube or chamber. handguns must be carried locked/or in the trunk and unloaded ( none in the chamber but you can have a full mag).

yup +1 specialy the calguns.net part. are laws are funny but if you understand them like many do at calguns you can still own just about any gun you want leagly.

I want one to mount a surefire x300 on my benelli. I read that these melt and arent better than the factory ones. Maybe I will wait until the bugs are worked out. Anyone have one? I want one that is stronger and better than the factory grips.
Who makes the best combat bandolier?
I have that set up but a X400. I hope it dont melt? I never heard of that before. does the gaurd or the Xseries melt?

I dont know whole sale but there was a site retailing them for 225.00 just a few months ago. A bunch of greedy bastards bought them all up and are now trying to sell them for more.

The main thing when hunting coyotes is being sneaky. Sneak into your set up, and hide the best you can. Try not to skyline yourself. If they get down wind they are gone, but they will normally try to see you as they circle down wind, use it to your advantage. Carry a shotgun as well as a rifle, it's a pain but it's the only way to go. Every time I get lazy and leave the shotgun one will come flying past me at the speed of light! lol The ones that come in on a dead run rarely stop to give you a shot with a scoped rifle. The front shoulder is the shot placement, most I hit right behind the shoulder run a ways before they crash. Hope this helps!

I dont hunt them but my buddys grandpa has a huge problem with them and wants us to go hunt them. i dont even know the first thing about hunting I shoot paper,lol

it looks like if I remove the retaining clip I can rotate the front sling mount from under the gun to the side. is this true? any hints ?
