My FFL told me the other day that he has to charge me sales tax on a out of state transfer also . I told him I'm not buying it from him or even buying it in my state so why do I have to pay my state sales tax . Is this a new FED law or some other rotten rule in MA. ?

saym14 , what dose it match great ? CC dosen't make a charging handle the same color as the M4 . I have been asking them for one for over a year . So has many other people on here and from other places , but as far as I can tell there still isn't one available .

I finally get around to installing Kip's rail on my M4 . Have had the gun and rail for months and everything has just sat in my safe because I have been so busy . Gun NIB and rail NIB . Before I even got into this I called Benelli and asked if they could ship me new rail screws because out of the box two screws were chewwed up alittle from them not using the right size screw driver when installing the factory rail . It looked as if the driver slipped out of the slot and left some marks on the top side of the screws . Only 2 of them . They said no problem and took my serial # . So I put the M4 in my Tipton gun vise and took off factory rail . I look at the M4 and from the factory one of the screws chewwed up the top of the reciever when they installed the factory rail . Lots of bare aluminum showing were the screw was trying to go into the reciever . I am a total anal freak zoid and this was bothering me but said WTF am I to do now . I figured it would be under the new rail and I would never see it so I let it go althought I will always know its under there . So now I am putting on the new rail with all new hardwear including the lock washers also that Benelli sent . I start the screws buy hand and everything was fine with 3 of them . 2 of them wont go more than a thread or 2 and then start to bind up a little . I take the other screws out and take off the rail . The bolt is out so I look into the screw holes with my Surefire and all looks good . So I blow everything out with compressed air . I try again and same thing . I even try the old screws , no go . So 3 screws are fine but 2 are binding up a slight bit . After screwing the 2 bad ones in and out a few times just to make sure I am in the threads perfectly I decide to just screw them in and they end up going in fine until ever so lightly start to get tight . So now all 5 screws are in and I had put blue Lock Tite on the threads so I want to just snug them up all the same . With just 3 fingers on my screwdriver I snug up all 5 screws and 2 of them felt as if they were about to strip . I can't believe it . What a complete nightmare . I have worked on my bikes , cars , trucks , motorcycles , boat , guns , knives everything I have ever owned since I was a kid . I am totally anal and careful , it was just like surgery for my M4 and then all this . I couldn't take it and sold the gun without ever firing it . I am getting another but am terrified to take the rail off this 1 because of what may happen . Beside that Kip hasn't had rails in forever . Any one else ever have issues with there M4 from the factory ? For this kind of money everything should be perfect from the factory .

I am in the market for another M4 also . What is BGS gettting for them ?

That video was crap and so was the guy trying to shoot . He didn't have a clue . Can say cluster f%*K ? He was a complete mess . Probably dosen't know how to maintain his weapon either . Marcus Lutrell & 3 team members held off 150-200 Taliban with there M16's for hours . I never have these issues with my LWRCI SPR !! Why was his ACU spotless , and even looked folded with seams ?

My CC Ti tube matches in color alot better than the one in these PICS . Could it be a different brand ? Still a great deal though .

I have the M1 and M2 with 24" barrels . No problems here . I shoot Skeet , Wooble Skeet , 5 Stand , and Sporting Clays . Never mind barrel lenghts , I've seen guys out there doing this stuff with 28 guage and even 410 . At least you'll have a 12 guage .

I have been hoping to see the black charging handle for over a year now . Still holding my breath ! And I'm on the fence about the muted one.. Seen plenty of pics here. Perhaps if I knew how long it was going to take for the black ones to be produced, I might be more tempted to go ahead with the muted.

I called Benelli with my serial # and they told me exactly when my gun was made .

I was reading along while ago about this part going to be available someday in the same color as the M4 . If and when that should ever happen I would love to be one of the first on the list to purchase one . I would even pay for it now if that would help . Until then I will continue dialing in my LWRCi SPR . Thanks for the reply's .

Dose any one have info on the CarrierComp Ti Hybrid Gen2 charging handle in the color that will be closest to the Benelli M4's factory color ? I have been wanting one for about a year . I have heard stories about them being available some day but thats it . I have emailed Kip about 6 times in the last year wondering if he knew when he might have them but NONE of the emails have been answered . I know other people make there version but only want Kip's because every thing else I got from him was awesome . Thanks

I just got my rail and mag tube w/spring and follower . Yay ! I wanted to order the charging handle also but it seems there is still no black one (same color as M4) available . Dose any one know when and if these will be available . I have e-mailed Kip a few times but never get any reply's . I would like to order one now if possible . Thanks
