  1. Receiver Barrel Bolt Bolt carrier Gas piston Trigger housing Trigger Hammer Disconnector Buttstock (with integral pistol grip) Forearm/handguard (forend) Magazine body Follower Your shotgun cannot contain more than 10 imported parts from that list which means typically you need to replace 3 in order for it to be compliant. Since you are removing the OEM pistol grip stock (one piece) and replacing it with the OEM collapsible stock and pistol grip (two pieces), you now have 14 import pieces and need to change out 4.

    Ammo prices?

About a month ago I ran into some Federal 00, 175 rounds packed in 50 cal ammo cans, for what came out to be about $0.30 per round... after tax... yep $0.30. WallyWorld target loads were $0.27 per round for a box of 100. I thought it was mismarked but when I took a can up to the register the marked price was what indeed they rang up as. Needless to say the store no longer had any Federal 00 in ammo cans left after I exited with cans in cart. Shoots like a dream, too. Other than that I've only seen (locally) 00 for about $1.00 per round on average.
  5. Can someone remind me what is wrong with the factory top rail? I haven't found anything that doesn't fit on it yet and haven't had the urge to swap it out for something else.
  6. This^ is the recommended method to unload the weapon.
  7. This^. I haven't yet found a (rifled) slug that hasn't been accurate out to 100 yards from the M4... I honestly can't remember all slugs I have shot but so far all of the rifled slugs have been great through this shotgun. I swear I could put some loose dirt and a rock in my M4, pull the trigger, and it would fire. It shoots everything.
  8. You can shoot shorter shells but not longer than 3" in the M4. I haven't personally shot anything less than 2.75 in my M4 but it should work.
  9. I will second this and not just for turkey
  10. Even with all the negatives surrounding the use of "turkey" as a descriptor (i.e., you turkey, don't be a turkey, etc), I must say it is a beautiful bird... and quite tasty, too *to the Bald Eagle
  11. A total of 10 "imported" parts from the list of evil parts... the C-stock is one, the pistol grip is a second. That would bump the M4 to 11 parts...

  15. AGTtactical, you have a PM.
  16. Even in trying to "defend" this rep's comments the ignorance abounds: Seriously? So all those stripper clips that I reloaded multiple times weren't reusable? Uh, wrong again. Sheesh... how these people keep their jobs with such ignorance and ineptitude is beyond me.
  17. I was just about to make you an offer until that. GLWS.
  18. Not meaning to be pedantic or an arse in any way but you are turning the stock the correct way and not tightening it, right?
