Even though this is a 12 years old thread, yes you can effectively hunt deer with a 12 or 20 gauge. Stock smooth barrel is accurate enough at that range. I would prefer a 12 gauge.

The 7 round card is nice, but 7 extra rounds is pretty heavy.

This is all good info. I just ordered the 7 round card. Thanks.

I’m a huge fan of the Magpul stock. I prefer it over a pistol grip stock.

Limited edition shotgun by Benelli. I did a google search and found some info. I don’t know any more about it. http://www.benelli-guns.be/menu-company/limited-editions/55-rinascimento

Ok. Well I’m glad they’re taking care of you. Hope you get a swift turn around time. Thanks for following up. Good luck!

Did you ever get your issue sorted out? I wish I could help you solve your problem. I assume some on the forum has this knowledge.

Mine was black. That looks like FDE or coyote in the picture?

I had a 1301. It handled great, cycled everything I fed it and was light as a feather. It had a perfect LOP stock for me. Kind of wish I still had it.

Other than Benelli, what is your favorite/funnest shotgun you own?

This is pretty fun. I have one with a Holosun on it. Good house gun. I load it with reduced recoil Federal 00 buck, which is impossible to find now. Remington 870 Tac 14 Arm Brace -
my M2 ARRIVED, WONDERFUL, HOW DO YOU SET UP YOUR M2 AT FOR DUTY USE AT HOME?
JT111 replied to Bluu Knight's topic in Benelli
I personally do not store long guns with one in the chamber. Pistols yes. Here is one point of view. https://www.luckygunner.com/lounge/cruiser-ready-how-to-store-a-home-defense-shotgun-2020-update/ -
It would nice for the rest of us if people shared how they solved their problem. That’s how this is supposed to work.

Congrats on your M4 LastStand and thank you for your service!

Welcome to this forum. There is a lot of useful information here. What model of Benelli do you have?

I do not have an M3, but if it’s anything like an M4 it’s important to thoroughly clean an properly lubricate before firing the new weapon. I ran my M4 pretty wet during break in. I’m assuming your M3 is new? Also, during break in I used high brass heavier loads, full power buck shot and slugs. Maybe you did all that already. Just thought I’d try to help to rule out typical break in stuff.

It’s a bad idea to post your full name and address on the internet. You should request to have your post deleted as soon as possible.

Thanks for asking the question. I’d like to know as well.

Microtechs lock up solidly. That’s a great knife. I gave an Ultratech blade to my son. He loves it.
