plcdwg101
HELP I bought this m1 s90 (I think is a "tactical" model) a few years ago on the internet. It has been sitting in the safe since then. I am now planning on putting it into service. The problem is that the sites are lower than the muzzle break (it came from the factory like this)?? Does anyone make a side saddle rail for it? Can it be upgraded with ghost ring sites? Any suggestions / info on the shotgun would be helpful.. Thanks See pic below.. plcdwg101
Guess I should have asked "How do I hit anything with this thing?" BTW, I only have this and one other Benelli (which has ghost ring sites), are rifle type sites common on bennelli's tactical models?

twowheelhooligan
get a set of scatter tech sights, or factory Benelli sights, remove the ones on there and install rear sight on receiver, new front on barrel. ORrrrrrrr, just become Tom Knapp and know how to shoot by pointing it in the "vicinity" I would *NOT* recommend saying that in court though! KB Fab
Have you even tried to shoot it as is? I think before I started asking a bunch of questions like you did, I would put some rounds through it. Jut looking at that pic, it seems that the top of the front sight might be in the same plane as the top of the brake. You never know, it might shoot just fine. Pattern the damn thing and see. agm65ccip
Any suggestions / info on the shotgun would be helpful... If the receiver is drilled/tapped throw a rail on there and put any optic you would like on there. If it isn't getting it drilled and tapped should be an easy/inexpensive proposition. TacticalKoala
real men don't use muzzle brakes, not even sketter........

John P.
Does that brake unscrew (like a choke)?
squawberryman
it'll NEVER shoot, it's a chunk. Sell it to me for 500 and thank me for taking it off your hands.
GoBow
...The problem is that the sites are lower than the muzzle break (it came from the factory like this)??... Not a problem at all, you line up the sights as usual; equal height, equal light. Then aim "through" the muzzle break as if it wasn't there. Guys that shoot pistols with suppressors do this all the time. Best of luck!!!
