Evolution
Not for me, no use that I can think of but, I won't throw mine away either.
M2_shootr
I keep all the factory pieces. A few years ago a guy was looking for a factory tube on the cheap. Seems he dropped his M4 or it fell over. He had stated there was a gouge and a finish math he didn’t care for. Someone sold him a tube for $
StrangerDanger
I sold a few for like 35 bucks on gunbroker. It’ll sit for months before someone bites. It’s usually someone who’s going the 14” route and had tossed their original one.

Jolly Roger
Its not a bad piece, its mainly preference. I just happen to like alloy TG's I had allot of surprises when I bought my first m4 and got it home. After handling a true NP3 coated m4 with aluminum TG I was sold on the gun... I purchased one and got her home,.... turns out they replaced the aluminum TG with plastic and ceracoated my gun instead of NP3 and STILL called it an H2O. I'm not 100% sold on the idea that the polymer TG is a bad piece.
M2_shootr
That Cerakote deal was a bit of a disappointment. Edited December 18, 2017 by M2_shootr
