Cleric
Just have to brag somewhere other than to my wife (she's sick of hearing about duck season)... I've got a Buckshot Magnum call coming in. Very excited about giving it a try. It's got their new reversible reed system. Should help me make the call sound like a duck. Anybody else pick up a new call or two for the season?
Webfoot
I've got my eyes on a RNT Timbre call...My wife is going to be so pissed. I've more calls than I need but can't help getting another.

Webfoot
Cleric, No I don't own any other RNT calls. I have a couple Echo's I like but want something softer. Thought I might give RNT a go. Very Nice mudhen
mudhen
I bought the display from Doc Hull. I think it is just a multi-purpose display. Thanks to all for the compliments. mudhen - CA

Choclabman
The tried and proven goose calls have already been used this year. I do have a new RNT Daisy Cutter and a Feathered Frequency that are just waiting for opening day.
Magnum Force
The calls on my lanyard are both acrylic RNTs - Short Barrel and Daisy Cutter! I hunt flooded timber mostly and they do what they're supposed to do! However, I always have with me an Echo acrylic timber call and a cut down Olt D2. You just can't have too many calls!!! NoTox
I just got my Cadence timber in bois d'arc today and I can't wait to use it.
E Roberts
When I'm hunting, I prefer a call that's easy to keep in resonance, and not have to worry if my togue is off by a thousand of an inch, or if there's too much or not enough hand back pressure. Sometimes them $20-$30 calls do the job quite nice. The last thing I want or need is a competition duck call in the field. I really like Buck Gardners Double Nasty, or the Primos Cocobolo Wench..easy to blow and as much a hen as a hen herself...but to each his own.. goose gatherer
anybody have a franchi 912 i love mine and have had absolutely no problems.....any problems come to me .... i havent been below freezing temp though, any suggestions. ive shot super cheap loads through this gun and have no problems. this is a great gun if you like to hunt heavy b irds.....where i hunt i have to switch my piston to light loads where we hunt quail.....i knew this when buying the gun, other than that this is such a reliable gun i couldnt complain even if i was paid to. That must be a pain to perform a decent hailing call on. I prefer the Stoegers. I can just blow better on them for some reason.
