Caligvla
http://www.the-backup.com/buy/commercial.php something about this tells me it's a bad idea... I just don't know why... what do you guys think?
adamlau
That is exactly how I have rigged two hooks to hold the M4 .
MikeyZ
Can't believe that was on TV. So is it a bad idea? I don't know. For well-trained people, like I suspect and hope a good number of folks on this forum are, it's probably fine. For an idiot to possess something like that.....bad news for all of us. Duvall-609
I have mixed emotions. I kinda like the idea but I have kids so it's right out. I guess if I was still single and didn't have to worry, it might not be a bad idea. Oh right, when I was single... I never made my bed! Matt D
I would think the hooks and gun could play h*@# on the knees, when walking around the bed.

SgtCathy
I could see where this might be a big seller with the survivalist types. I'll stick to my full size .45 automatic and my 2 posted Imperial Cylon guards.

tdaniel377
I would think if you have the bed against a wall, the mount would be between the bed and the wall. FWIW,when I was a kid I was taught not to go snooping in my parents bedroom,as I was taught that guns werent toys to play with, and if it wasnt mine I wasnt to be touching anything that didnt belong to me. Mr. Shotgun
I dont like that product.... I would bever pay $39.95 for it..... might as well just lay the shotgun on the floor by the bed, or leave the pistol on the counter where my alarm clock is
SgtCathy
My guards would be raiders. The centurians might want an "oil" break just when I needed them most. And don't forget, in Taxxachusetts, to install your required child safety trigger lock. I've read in many articles that thiefs always check your bed for firearms or valuables first. A few guys that I know hide their rifles and shotguns in a secret place that nobody can find and still have instant access to them (corner wall in bedroom closet)
